So I now have my 2nd favorite routine of this season (#1, of course, is Alex/Twitch hip-hop routine). Why this routine worked so well is because AdeChike and Comfort immersed themselves into it. It was so believable, so authentic. Dancing it well is just an added plus. Also, Comfort completely KILLED this routine. OMWord, I couldn't take my eyes off her the whole time. She has so improved from Season 4.
she's a stronger contemporary dancer now depending on the style. if it's a super weird style she does well. if it's a semi-sensual style she does ok as well. if it's like a super flowy super technically ballet style. she doesn't do so well. at the same time, she's 100 times better than she was at all of that. but out of the gate....................... she was wonderful at hip hop.
i loved how emotional both of them got at the end of this, because it just shows how real dance is, it's not just entertainment or something to do for fun, it's a real art forma and a real passion that means a lot to so many ppl
I'm so sad, sad, sad, that Ade was voted off in the final 4. This performance made me cry...for both of them!! Tears of joy at the performance...and tears of joy at the outstanding artistry!!
@bemylovepenguin I've been a fan of Adechike from the beginning. My one wish for him was for him to tear down those walls that he had built up. I was amazed and shocked how he humbled himself. How vulunerable he was. Comfort was priceless. The chemistry between those two is off the charts. Can't say it enough.....LOVED IT. Nor can I stop watching it :D

The night this aired I tuned in when the judges were critiquing Adechike. I was sooooo upset I had missed it. Thank You Lord for RUclips. That was AMAZING!!! I was like DAAAAAAMMMMMNNNNN!!! The entire routine. Comfort is the Shyt for real, she played that part like Adechike really did do her dirty. Thanks for sharing and allowing me to see what I had missed.

Nabbytabs did it again. The right piece of music accented this routine. To me it seems like Adechike is more natural doing hip-hop than contemporary. He was the perfect partner for Comfort. The only one who could have done a better job than him was Twitch.

I kept thinking my gawd he's finally tearing down that wall that has been up the entire season. To me he wasn't PRETENDING to be a man that ran out of chances with his girl...he was actually living it. Sorry, but my eyes were mainly on him. For me this was more about the story than the dance. The judges were right it was like watching a movie waiting to see what will happen next.

Tabitha and Napoleon are geniuses! their dances are so emotional and captivating. they're good at telling a story.
I had to come revisit them two with this performance. He was great this season and I loved all his moves. 2019 forever fan
