I work maybe 15 mins from there so i used to ride after work sometimes, yeah its LEGIT, challenging and plenty of people get hurt there, an honest Blue trail.
Nice job, i was there Today for the 1st time but only rode maybe 40 minutes because it was getting dark, i am going back tomorrow after work which is around 3 and explore and check things out. From what i can see it's an honest and challenging Blue trail so able to do it without it being double black diamond, i have been going to Uwharrie on the weekends but Hobby is much closer and seems to be tight and technical
@@slackmtbrider6706 From what i have seen of Uwharrie its NEVER closed. I was there about a month or so ago and it had rained the night before and everyone had SERIOUS rooster tails that day and looked pretty nasty so good to have a few 'dedicated' jackets/jerseys and pants and bike was a mess but it was fun. Might head there tomorrow providing its VERY close to 40 degrees
@@zxtenn yeah you're right about uwharrie. It won't be closed during the rain. I hope to get out again soon for sure. Just purchased a onewheel and its been a lot of fun during this downtime
Been riding for a month or so and decided to give Hobby Park a try. This place humbled me. Fun spot though!
