big part of playing sec is talking with prisoners, cause it can be fun. but yeah, sometimes ppl just hang about and meanwhile, nukies break into the armoury
hah nice, although I don't understand why admin involvement is required in that situation, sec has full capacity to deal with that in character given that you did not harm anyone. Personally as someone who plays sec having some greytider shenanigans makes the round more fun, if theres nothing else going on.

While only the admin knows for sure i assume they (the admin) simply happened to witness it and the server probably has a rule against self-antag so thats why he got bwoinked especially since he did speedrun to do it (like it wasnt even 3 min since roundstart). Which really makes it looks like hes just there to selfantag and blow stuff up which is usually people even LRP servers dont want.
I got banned from Delta-V for placing 2 ieds in a lawyer's office, one exploded but the other didn't. an officer arrested me and took the other ied with him. on our way to sec to sentence me, the bomb legit exploded on him midway through lol
The entire sec team handling a single assistant who used the equivalent of a bottle rocket is hilarious but on a sublevel also really depressing,whats worse is whats normally an IC issue was Immediately ahelped. kinda unfortunate that the admin presiding didnt immediately label it as such

He stabbed me a few times before I knocked him out with a taser. Then shortly after that, some other dude asked me to open the engi door and there was a drugged HoS, one random dead sec dude and some other dude with.. guess what? The same damn kitchen knife! Then some sec guy bursts in and try to fight of the knife-guy. Shortly after that he slips on a damn puddle. Knife-dude attacks me and gives me another two holes. This time I took the stun baton that officer dropped, cause my taser was dead. I knocked the dude of and cuffed him. After all this crap HoS wakes up and head of to the med, I’m taking the sec belt from the floor in this engi room and taking it to sec. I’ve told some guys there about this crazy turnout of events. Shortly after that I’m getting ahelp message about how I wasn’t supposed to do the secs’ job. I’ve fended them of just for some admin to yell at me for saving my own life. Thankfully this time he fucked off when I told him to check the logs and it turned out that he just wasn’t actually paying attention and I actually didn’t know what was waiting for me.
That’s just one of many examples. Sorry for my bad English. Also there’re so many admins that are playing on the server as characters and are actually confused about the fact that MRP is not HRP.

It’ll be sufficient to add that I died not cause of the recycler but because somebody got a damn singulo in their present. Also, later admins spawned the same captain as a borg and moved on as if nothing happened.
IDK, some greytide action always makes the round more fun, especially for sec. I never report anyone for tiding unless they are going crazy(actually killing players, tiding when sec is already occupied with other threats, and so on)

Did they kill a scoff and disguise themself in their uniform or are they telling the truth that they found it in the trash? Is that guy not on coms or did they die in maints? I think 10 minutes should be the maximum amount of time and only for moderate assault charges, like killing someone for anger or having stolen contraband that is confirmed not from you( ie: found a syndie item and didn't turn it in). A big issue with sec itself is the looseness of the brig timer.

Fourteen is a remake of ss13 in a newer engine, it has less lag problems and, as your comment said, cursed non-grid movement. And being downloadable on steam rather than BYOND The downsides is less server variety since there are only 2 active non-lizden servers that speak English, this leads to most servers being either harshly MRP or straight up no rp. as well as less content in general.
I kinda hate these gimmicks of just being a nuisance to sec for ruining wardens round, but yeah maybe do it with a story in why you did it will be funny at least rather than speed running getting trouble. This video only encourages people to do these behavior in the long run
