I can totally relate with you behen.... When same incident happened with me here few months ago, i was literally feeling helpless.. I was in my hometown and my owner was saying that she's gonna throw all of my things on road... Despite having humble relations with owner, they just don't care... I was truly hurt ki papa ko kaise bataungi or unko baat krni padegi aise logo se (kunki aise logo ki koi words pr limit hi nhi hoti)... I was literally begging that day ki mujhe delhi aane dijiye or sirf ek din ka time de dijiye... Or us pura din mai rahungi bhi ni apke flat me.. Bs room dekhungi or jagah... Pr they were so mercyless people... I cried beyond limit that day... Papa ko thoda bahut bata kr apne bhai k sath aakr delhi aakr turant room dekha dusri jagah and turant shifted.... This helpless feeling in different city is so scary.... I'll really work hard for my dreams.. Such incidents are the triggering and worst trauma experiences... I wish nobody get this... These area only consists of selfish people.... I only wish you more and more power... Sending hugs💗

@@user-hp2pu6br4h I took the help of broker and by God's grace,got the new building .. Newly furnished everything in one day itself.. The best part is owner doesn't live , only the caretaker family is here and they make us feel like home☺❤

You can surely come to delhi but just try to come with mentally and emotionally strong perspective...address is- (Below patel nagar metro station, broker shops starts... First two three shops are really good... You can check there, sorry can't share contact here but i can tell you the name "tera properties" etc...

I suffered a lot in ORN . My belief in Humanity died there. Brokers, Care takers and landlords are cruelest of the cruel people. They are like animals, not human being. They just try to exploit you, just want to exersise command over you, put many restrictuons to feel that they are superior. Now I doubt i am going to do any good to anyone. Even rikshawalaas on the day of exam increase the fare seeing the compulsion of student to travel.
U r so brave or aapne situation ko bahut behtar tareeke se handle Kiya.....ek civil servant ki personality dikhayi aapne........ proud of u mam..... lots of love n respect for u ❤❤

Yes totally agreed. Delhi drinking smoking hookup or one night stand bs in chijo k liye hi rehgya h .. Mene bhi ye chije bht closely dekhi h .6 months k liye m bhi Delhi m rhi thi admission liya tha coaching m but u know i was soo depressed after seeing all these things mujhe apna pura batch offline se online m change krwana pda after paying the whole fee acc. To offline charges. Maine ye bhi nhi socha us tym ki financial loss hoga ye bcz that tym was so stressful , mentally weak krti jari thi sab chije. Chahe flat ho ya pg ho one night stands k trike dhund lete h sab . Jo hm jeso ko to dekhkr hi esa lgta h ki ye kyaa h bhaii .Digest ni ho patii chije .
Or friends to apko sirf tbhi milege agr ap unke jese ho same chije krne wale otherwise sab apko ese feel kraege ki ap bht backward mindset wale ho or apko modernization ka kuch pta nhi ...Even girls apko kpdo se judge krti h , agr ap shorts na pehnke hmesha full lower tshirt m rhoge proper to wo apko ese judge kregi ki tum to gawar ho tumhe fashion ka nhi pta. Bht gnda behaviour h sbka wha .

If u want to take coaching please opt for online options, don't feel ki ap piche reh jaoge , even it will soo fruitful for u in long run apko in sab chijo ko face ni krna pdega., financial loss se bchoge, faltu k rishte ni bnege kisi se or sbse imp mental peace hoga apke pass 🙏 Girls ho ya boys please DONT go to Delhi ... Upsc nagri nhi rhi ab wo Narak ban chuka h .

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. I didn't experience this much but yes experienced lots of bad things, bad manners, behaviour from owner, flat mate, any outside people. I was in Delhi from November'2020 to February '21. But then I couldn't tolerate this kind of unhealthy environment & went back to my home in Kolkata. And I too have a RUclips channel & there I shared my all the experiences ( though my channel is regional, in Bengali, maybe you won't understand) but yes it's true acche insaan waha zyada din rahe nahi sakte. Same situation was happened with me in delhi but i had taken strict action against them.

When they are left empty then targeted girls character infact having n knowing about your own child, own husband n own self..... They treat like renters are homeless n begging for home.... I had a horrendous experience in a private hostel. The owner was engaged in relationships with girls residing there who were teenagers by the way. Also it was an extremely toxic place with warden getting into physical fights with girls. Please verify and do your research before you chose to stay anywhere whether a P.G or a hostel. These things are very real. Talking from personal experience.

I am living in Delhi in Laxmi Nagar and, I would like to share my landlady is so good, I can't express in words .
She and her mother are like a family to me now .
So, yes there are bad people , but there are good people as well.
I am living here from past 1 year and, literally they are my family now.
Also, I stayed for 6 months in Karol Bagh, that was independent flat with my friends and again the landlord was really nice.
So, my experience is good in Delhi.
But yes incidents like yours can happen with anybody, so thanks for sharing.

I have never been to Delhi, but I have the same experience in my past pg. In fact, my one year preparation was waste just before the exam. I was under severe mantle stressed in the last week of preparation, and that time, I argued with our hostel warden for unnecessary reasons that completely turned my mantle state, which I'm still regretting.i can understand your situation right now, but I'm praying, you recover soon and start the fight you've fighting for.

It happened wid me also while I was staying in delhi owner wanted me n my rummate to go out of her house just bcoz we raise concern about water supply and little bit quarrel happened between owner n my roommate n she said to leave her house at night time n brokers are the another headache with all this experience I completed my stay but now studying from my home

This is the harsh reality of Delhi. Delhi wale bilkul bhi dil wale nahi hote hai bhai… not generalising but people in Ranjinder Nagar, Shadipur, Karol Bagh areas are like this. Very mean and very selfish.
You should share the exact address of this flat so that people don’t rent it.

Prepare from the safety and warmth of your home. I’m a Delhi girl & yet I consciously avoided ORN/ Mukherjee Nagar. You cannot study well in a highly oversaturated space. You aren’t missing out on anything! Best of luck 😊
