Hi, I so absolutely the second lamp and have been attempting to make it except I am struggling using super glue. Any tips you can offer. I live in NZ and could swear the brands we have here are not perhaps the best quality as they used to be here. I have switched after trying various other glues, brands of super glue to wood glue- which works but takes a very long time involving a lot of clamping & patience as I am determined to make this as am simply in love with is design. Any tips would be appreciated including the brand of superglue you are using. Could I also check you are using the smaller sticks not the jumbo? Am wondering if I may have better success with the jumbo though the end result may not be as stunning.
Depending on what you do of course but I'm not that fond of glue guns because it can show sometimes.. but you can use some contact glue.. it doesn't take long for it to dry but you get enough time to adjust if needed (and it last longer than glue guns aswell..) what ever you end up using, I hope you get the results and get a really nice lamp you want in the end😊

You can also use hot glue gun❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰
