I love my chalkboard calendar! I've had mine almost 4 yrs. I will say though a magic eraser works GREAT! I highly recommend trying instead of a paper towel the second round! ❤❤❤

@@tiffanigarcia3439 I use just water with the magic eraser. I cut them down so I can get multiple uses and it's manageable. Honestly, I just wipe it down twice with a macig eraser and water. Rinse the magic eraser in between. The first one obviously looks a mess lol then I wipe it down with a dry paper towel. And do it a second time with a "clean and rinsed" magic eraser. Let it air dry. And then it's good to go for me! 😊♥️ But never anything other than water! I have learned with WHITE boards, I LOVE using permanent markers(color options etc.) and to get a good clean white board... Use rubbing alcohol, let it sit for about 30 sec. Magic erase... And one more time if it's not as clean as I want. I hope this helps!
I used to do the chalkboards at my old work and the mr clean magic erasers are all you need to get even the strongest chalk marker lines off! No extra cleaners and not nearly as much elbow grease as scrubbing with a toothbrush. Magic erasers are a god send.
I actually have those exact same markers from Amazon. I use them for the windows of my car to write positive, encouraging messages to other drivers or other persons that might walk by and see it and it's always bright and beautiful
Do you think after you wipe it down w/ the sprays, if you "reaseason" it w/ actual chalk, wipe that up w/ maybe just a paper towel or damp paper towel, it would work better? I only mention that because so many DIYers I watch (I'm a crafter) say if you have a chalk board you have to "chalk it" before you put anything on it or everything will stick to the board... just curious, not criticizing, I just found your channel so I have no idea if this is something you do/have done or not.

I was a coffee shop manager i used a spray bottle with 1/3 vinegar to 2/3 warm water shake it and it will come off really well

Its because you need to get white based chalk paint. Some brands use opaque bases which makes them look washed out and almost clear
