Hi how to manually winding the stairlift when the lift has got.no power? I have F6 sign. Also when doing manual winding how to remove the break? I can't wind it because i believe some break is engaged. Thanks
As you can see, these guys don't answer any questions on their lifts. My parents have had theirs break down several time and the techs do hack repairs that have required callbacks at least on 2 occasions out of several calls for dead lifts. Now there is a dead lift that has gone beyond the range that connects itself to charge while my mother is in hospital with COVID and this thing is useless/dead unable to move or charge. I also see a clusterxxx of wires under the seat that have been worn to bare wires from one of the techs prior service calls that didn't secure them in place and electric tape wrapped around places that should have zip ties...looks like some billy bob worked on this last or over the several other times they had to call in for it. I'd steer clear of these units if they don't have support personel that can do work. As you can see, they don't care to answer anything on here and probably for good cause.....you can damage the lift if you start messing with things, but the post below could have been answered with a courtesy of at least to contact someone at a phone number or don't bother posting the videos if you aren't going to followup on them!
