ive been running mine for 8 months or so, and so far so good. the micro switches are very weak and 1 broke inside its casing before it was installed. i contacted jefftron and they repaired it for free, and were very good about it especially when compared to most other airsoft companies. i love the ability to individually select the operations of each option on the fire selector and when you have precocking on you can release the spring by holding the trigger for 3 seconds rather than having to reprogram it, then fire another shot off. its on a dmr with .3 second delay so my shot count is quite low (less than 1000 rds), but since getting it finished its served me well
Man i paid full price for mine and ordered it directly from jefftron before it was available in the u.s . I didn't get any stickers or patches . The warranty is amazing . Ive noticed they tend to heat up a bit faster then others . The error log doesn't reset ever lol, and the app is kinda iffy lol. It crashes often . I use the app on a pixel xl so it should work flawless.
First of all I have to say thank you for doing these videos they are great now for my question , I put one of these in the new Helios/ umbrella m4 basically a souped up CYMA and for the life of me the selector switch is working with the leviathan 2 what makes it move back and forth if the spring is not used is it just the selector switch ???? And the CYMA gearbox trigger holes are to small for the nubs on the trigger to slide In so I had to dremel those out for anybody else who plans on using this gun and mosfet
Would love to see you compare the Gate Titan V2 to this Jefftron Leviathan V2 cause the Bluetooth features are awesome on this model but the sensors on the gate seem like a better choice and seems to have more versatility
You have to dremmel the wire guide to make it fit. Very easy. Did it my second time opening my gearbox with no prior tech skills thanks to peoples videos like kilos!
I’m relatively new to airsoft and have not heeded the “DO NOT OPEN UP YOUR FIRST GUN” suggestion for new players. I mean I couldn’t imagine not opening it up lol. In fact I’ve opened up my first 4 guns. I’ve learned a good many lessons the hard way and honestly I wouldn’t have it any other way. That said if it weren’t for the time and energy you and other technically minded airsoft enthusiasts have spent creating this type of content... uhmmm yeah, there’s just no way I’d be able to come as far as I have and learn as much as I have. In particular this video and your vids on the Arcturus line have been godsends. Fricken love Arcturus lol
Love the vids champ very helpful and i have same mosfet in my build thats still being delivered but its in a full metal gel soft gun and its sits at 400+ fps with solid grouping at 52 meters which is up tbere for a gelsoft
Guys on here talking about braking the trigger switch lol. Guessing youve never seen this in person cause the trigger has a stop for over travel. Whats killing me is it seems my precock dosent work . No matter how much i precock it doesn't precoçk . The motor heats up lol. But no precock.
@@ASTKilo23 so it is possible to put in Another spare GB Shell and keep the outside of the gun? Considering the externals are really great, I hope another GB V2 fits in the body
any idea on how this would work along with an asg 40k boost, promy reinforced gears, in a g/p gearbox with stockinternals? along with a 11.1 1300mah 45c battery?
Im running it in my KWA SR10. It fit and ran great in the stock gearbox before I upgraded to the Retro Arms billet V2 gearbox. Which it also fit perfectly in that gearbox too. Pay close attention to the installation guide and you shouldn't have any problems.
I have two jefftrons (older models) and they work just fine so I have nothing against them, it's just that AEGs departed so much from reality that a few years ago I've started to move away from them and towards GBBRs. But that's just me, AEGs were never that satisfying to me, just compare the LCT G3's charging handle to the WE Apache's charging handle, the LCT comes off as a joke . So when someone says to me you can pair your gun with your phone I'm gonna have to say thank you but no thank you.
Yes.. but you compare an AEG with a GBB. AEG: there's literally no bolt aka no weight and all (hollow) GBB: there is an Bolt meaning weight being forced forward and of course the charging handle being stronger. (not hollow)
@@fishguardtheslippery1425 Yes that is indeed true and it's one of the reasons GBBRs are so much cooler. You see a few years ago I said to myself that I love my GBB pistols even more than my AEGs so maybe I should try a GBBR primary and then I bought a TM MP7 and that's when my love affair with AEGs has started to fade. So I guess I'm just bitching because the end of a love affair is always painful.
inside Leviathan - V2 is not tactile trigger switch, so you can squeeze trigger hard and it will stop by leviathan board. You can see it on this picture on right smaller board: www.jefftron.cz/cache/images/full/leviathan-v2-split.jpg
nice review...just not a fan of mechanical sensor mosfets. Had a BTC (now sitting on the shelf) what a PIA. Price will determine how well this does in the market since Gate is well ahead of anyone in this market.

I got this badboy in my KWA SR10 DMR build. Love this thing and its handy for diagnostics. It has so many useful features!
Good review. They have a V3 variant coming out this year. You should see would they send you one.
brooo, you deserve more views, ive been here from the sob-1, love ur channle

Hey, hows it holding up?
no issues so far. was having trouble getting the blue tooth to connect to the phone app the other day, but i haven't had a chance to troubleshoot yet.
@@ASTKilo23Really? Thats great. I plan on getting one sooner or later. Thanks!

if gate would send me one, i'd be happy to review it. maybe put it up against the jefftron and btc
Got my lvoa-c running it and people think it’s a dsg/polar
The Phoenix do u just have it in there or do u have other new parts
Nicholas Maglione i swapped every thing.
Maxxmodel hop up with tracer
Precision barrel
Motor
Mosfet
Trigger
Piston
Etc
@@arii_fly what gear ratio?
The Phoenix Whoa. Nice... I love my lvoa. Home mods buts I love the platform.
Would it take the titan batteries?
should i get this or the BTC spectre
Would it be a complete drop in for the krytac trident crb. I know for the gate titan you have to dermal a bit.
i actually do not know off hand. i'd imagine so, but cannot confirm.

run a two-way adjustable trigger and you won't run into problems pressing the micro switch too hard

ASTKilo23, Is it possible to modify a Arcturus V2 gearbox to fit this miosfet?
no... needs a new gb shell and several other different parts.

DSG's with Binary. 🤤

Late but try to get a metal rack piston
This seems better than a Titan
Also j.s your lucky my app shuts down about ever 3rd button push lol. All in all i like the fet but playing hell trying to figure it out .
can it detect other anomalies like overspin?
yes, there are numerous issues it can detect, such as overspin, and will notify you about through beeps.
Yes it definitely does lol.

Bad thing about triggers like this is its a tactile switch. If you squeeze it hard (ppl often do in game) overtime ill just break.
How hard do you squeeze your trigger? Been running micro switches for 5-6 years and i've never broken one

There’s also a mechanical stop at the back of the trigger which does not allow to over pull trigger anyway
