Bud is the better fight when it comes to boxing technique, will be more enticing for boxing/combat sports purists. Mexican monster is the better fight for all fans in general, especially those that like Mexican style bs Mexican style and the drama that ensues from the promotion of the fight.

No, canelo-crawford will not be more enticing and real boxing/combat sports PURISTS know that easily. Canelo 100% fights Charlo or Berlanga next. He will either never fight Benevidez or wait until Benevidez gets used to higher weight and make him cut down on short notice.
