She is kind of the worst celebrity to teach anyone telugu. She makes Telugu words sound as English words, apparently because she stayed in US for like 1 or 2 years. She grew up in Andhra all her life.
The word you are looking for is "Niladeesi" which means questioning a person for truth. While talking to media, she used the word as "Niladeesfy" and it became a top troll word for anything quirky, like this video :)

Why telugu is so unique and different than other languages... I mean it has so many own different words than other South Indian languages!

You are slightly wrong. It's Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu which have many common verbs.
You are right, Telugu is little different but not unique. Tribal languages like Gondi, Chenchu in South India are similar to Telugu.
But as Telugu is a Literature Language like Tamil, Kannada etc. it is famous and it also has high population unlike Gondi, Chenchu.

So Telugu and Malayalam share many verbs like to hit, go, come, why etc.
And they are far from each other, even though historically the borders have not been the same as today.
Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam are South Dravidian languages whereas as Telugu is a South Central Dravidian language. That's why Telugu stands out among South languages.
