- Before the Parabellum, before the Perino, before the M1917 MG, before the lMG08/18... there was the MG15. If you wanted a large capacity LMG to hose enemies down with, this was your choice. And honestly it was okay. Bit of a hitmarker machine at points (just look at my very old MG15 n.A. Suppressive video to see) but your volume of fire usually countered it. Then the TTK update came and the MG15 became a lot more viable... though by that time, for me at least, those newer big mag LMGs kinda overshadowed it.
But coming back to it now and using it for several rounds... It just feels like such a good, all-round LMG. Maybe not the best for a completely aggressive run n' gun playstyle (where the BAR, Madsen and Burton will likely serve you better), but just a great all rounder that's incredibly easy to control... particularly on the bipod. And when decked out in the legendary 'Die Deutsche Dogge' skin... it's a sight to behold. I should use the Suppressive variant again sometime...
Oh and I finally unlocked the Elite M1911 codex.

4:40 what a transition! that was seamless
I really love this gun. I think it's not the best in close quarters but it just fits my playstyle very well. Nice gameplay!
1:15 the germans and their super soldiers
I love my mg15, too! Most used and most kills. Dominates OPs ^_^
Wow, I'm only able to kill people this fast with something like the Burten which needs to be reloaded after two kills, I wanna practice more to get as good as you with this gun.
You fought like an absolute soldier, bravo good job buddy!!
Just doing my part for the Kaiser/the République/Uncle Sam/the Tsar!
Awesome. Gotta check out that 1903 pocket hammerless vid too. Gotta get one in real life. Neat pistols. Was one of my favorites when I played
Lucky! Closest I'd get to one of those at the moment is behind glass at a museum.
@@Foddeur well Ive been planning on getting one. A bit hard to get the right one.
How come your shots are still so accurate even when you’re moving and shooting at the same time?
I'd say a lot of it is down to the fact that it's the Low Weight variant. LW machine guns reach their minimum spread values much more quickly than the other variants. Couple that with the MG-15's fairly gentle recoil pattern and it can remain surprisingly accurate. Also, in almost all instances I'm waiting until I'm fully aiming down the sights before firing - BF1's LMGs have a really horrific accuracy penalty if you begin hipfiring, then continue firing as you transition into ADS - I reckon this helps out the weapon's accuracy too, and it's just general good practice with the LMGs!
It's been a while since I've played the rounds I've showcased in this video, but if there's a particular instance you'd like my opinion on please let me know!
@@Foddeur not "much faster" but they retrieve their spread 1 shot faster. Sure do help a lot tho
which name of this skin?
"Die Deutsche Dogge". Road to BFV skin, if you want it nowadays wait until the MG-15 n.A. gets all its skins available in the exchange again.
Is it good??
Yeah, I'd say so. Even not taking into account my cherrypicked clips, the MG15 is very stable, becomes a literal laser when you use the Low Weight variant and use the bipod and has a decent rate of fire - not so fast that the gun bounces around everywhere, not so slow that the enemy can quickly take cover when you start laying down fire. Before BF1's TTK got updated to buff the LMG damage the MG15 was a bit of a hitmarker machine, definitely not now though!
Very mediocre weapon, like its the definition of medicore
