Great video. Where did you purchase the two pin connector for the wire?
Those were extra ones that I had from some lights that I installed under the truck.
So if you don’t want to mess with any of the truck wires you can just hook it up to garage opener, it just won’t light up?
That is correct. Just connect the switch to the garage door opener and it will work with the openers battery.
Do you have the switch hooked up to a separate fuse?
