A tesla will never compete with the sounds and feel of that audi. Full exhaust, hybrid turbos and tune will get passing those teslas. The driving experience of an internal combustion engine will never get old.
Nice review, Roman, thank you. Powerful and classy ride for sure. We owned an SQ5 several years ago and really liked it. I have to say, though, I recently purchased a vehicle that, while nowhere near the class of the Audi, is a pretty surprising vehicle, feature wise, for the money. I'm talking about a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve with the Hemi V8. It has many of the same features and tech as the Audi (though not laser headlights) and, I think, an even nicer upscale interior. While it certainly doesn't have 500 hp, it does have plenty of grunt in my opinion and costs $45,000 less. And while styling is subjective, I feel it is even better looking than the Audi. The trend toward big "maw" grills found on many vehicles these days just doesn't do it for me.
It's just an Audi. That says it all. It's just a shame that they don't use a 48V system to close the turbo lag. Among other things. Another great, calm presentation from Roman. Interesting background stories presented in an informative, authentic and pleasant way. Thank you.
is it just me or does roman look totally different in this vid than the regular vids? it's like switching from 480p to 4k and realizing what the person truly looks like.
I like you guys to do a 2nd hand luxury series. I’d like to see how features like heated seats, drive modes, adjustable suspension, etc hold up after ten years+. It’d be great if you found at least one with some of those features not working to see if it’s worth repairing.
For the money or u should say for the being a s trim I thought it should look more beefy like a bmw you know from m power or just plain one or Benz with Amg or regular version this one just looks like a regular q7 but better exhaust
Does the second row slide back forth? They need to give the third row more leg room. That's one of the worst and smallest third rows. I think mdx gives slightly more in the 3rd row and the second row I think slides.
I doubt anybody is cross shopping this with a Sienna,or any other van. The Sienna would be a more Practical vehicle for the majority of daily people hauler activities. While the Audie would be more fun if a person can afford that kind of fun. Which at the moment I can't.
Roman comparaison of Tesla versus Audi. Like Porsche, Audi has a design signature for all of the models: a mix of luxury and sportiness. Tesla is a computer on wheels, a battery, electric motors with futuristic design elements. Tesla is Elon Musk vision of electric cars. Audi/Porsche is based on legacy of german for the last several decades. GM, Ford, and many others have redifined what an electric car should be. Tesla is not cool anymore.
I’m looking at used Q7’s right now and one with a V6 with 50k miles in excellent condition is 25k. New it was about 70k. I would never buy one of these new.
@@PaulTC97 I’ll have to look been looking for a used q7 the miles are crazy and people been saying Audi isn’t reliable I’m considering taking out a loan with the wife to get a used sQ7 22 with 15k down at this point

Both vehicles should depreciate at about the same rate.
Nicey but pricey
It’s in line with the GLE 53 and X5 M60
The GLE is a bit less expensive but it’s the only with with an I6 instead of a V8
Nice car! Nice review! Thank you.
Love it great sounding V8. Thank you Roman
They are special cars that grow on you.

I don't always spend 100k, but when I do, I make sure I spend it on a depreciating asset.
I’m not a fan of the look and that 3rd row, but love they are doin’ this engine!
That's a seriously nice car. V8!
For someone with a family but also in denial about it. If I wanted to drive like a hooligan, I'll do it solo.

The middle row also slides forward and back on top of laying back.

I need this power swap in my palisade!!!!
V8 baby
GLE is lagging behind with the I6 now, both the X5 M60 and SQ7 have V8s

Better that he Cybertruck, so yes, worth the money
i get that this is a luxury car, but, even if i had the monies, i would just get a sienna

The never ending bitching about how much everything cost is just getting old. How much was that that POS Cyberjunk. 🙄🙄🙄
Everyone likes broadcasting their price point, like it's everyone else's price point.
Why don’t you ever show how the driver screen can be a map ?
$300k savings. 2 years later this be like $40k

So stupid why 500 hp in this over priced turd? Huge Depreciation too.
