Extra achievements always play an important role in your resume(write your extra achievements like side projects, certifications or extra curriculum activities) 4. Cover letter is an important part or your resume selection, spent some time and write it well.

Hello, may be you are targeting the wrong companies - companies that are not willing to sponsors the visa(not all licensed sponsor company provides sponsorship) Or applying for the wrong jobs(jobs that doesn’t match with you skills). I feel agents can be good for finding companies or applying visa or documentation part. But you are the only one who knows which job is best match for you. Applying the right job makes a difference. Go to LinkedIn, reed or uk gov site and type keywords like English teacher + visa sponsorship. Then check in the JD section to know about qualification requirements. You will get an idea.
