I’m English and I live in the green south. I’ve never done anything like this, but I really admire the skill required to do this job.

We own a small lifestyle block in New Zealand and its a pain catching our steers!! Your video has just clarified that I can use a heading rope to catch my steers (no horns). Thank you kindly sir!!

First off not my cattle, not my video and second if you've been ranching for 40 years then you should know that there are times you just have to rope them and that they're not pets you can just walk up to and love on. Some times theres not a pen with a squeeze chute, sometimes you have to rope and load them into a trailer.
Besides these cattle, some of them are acting a little spicy and if you've been doing this for so long you should know there are a lot worse ways to handle cattle and that this is pretty tame compared to the rodeos that some people have when they have to rope cattle.

@@zacherynielsen3453 I have worked and ranched cattle for 50 years, and you need to take lessons

First off why'd you delete your other comment? The one that said you've been ranching for 40 years? Now your saying 50 years, if your story is changing it kinda makes me think your lying.
Second are yountrying to tell me that in 50 years of ranching youve never had cattle act like this or had situations like whats in these videos? I find that pretty hard to believe considering that every ones cattle were much crazier half a century ago then they are today. Its highly unlikely that in half a century you've never had situations like these.
So yeah I might need lessons, ive only been a ranch hand for 8 years but I deffinitly dont need them from younbecause your most likely a liar.
