He is not. The survivors still had the chance to open the gate and escape because they played very well. He seems OP to you, but it's because SNC plays effectively with him. Vecna's flight still has a cooldown during landing, the Sphere still has a reasonable radius and you can still stun Vecna with the pallet he chooses to not crush while using Mage Hand. You gotta outsmart the killer, that is all.
Vecna is not. SNC seems OP with him but it's because he knows how to play effectively with him. You still must cycle intelligently through the 4 spells and use them at the right moment or the survivors can clown you. There are also tons of tips that can turn Vecna into a 4K machine if you know them, like using Flight of the Damned while going upstairs, or use the Mage Hand on pallets in combination with Boots of Speed and Bamboozle to counter players overly relying on Lithe... Vecna is then not OP, he just rewards smart players with skills.
@@Polemodrome I agree he's not too crazy strong but if you're very good at him and no exactly how to use every single spell perfectly you can literally feel like your op like I have crazy valuable out of flight of the danm due instant tech and elevation and I always love to use dispelling speae on them so that their items can never counter me he is very fun to play as against and can feel very strong if you play him correctly.
@@Polemodrome According to stats Vecna is the best killer rn. With 68% kill rate. While the 2nd killer has 57. You cannot tell me Vecna isnt overpowered.
@@fenior And...? Freddy, traditionally considered by the Timmies as a bottom tier killer, has a higher kill rate than Blight or Nurse, who are generally regarded as S-tier killers. Hell, Trapper has a better kill rate than them, too. So, I guess that makes Freddy and Trapper OP as well, lol. You can interpret the statistics however you like, but you are not making yourself a favor by having a defeatist attitude. in 57,3% of the cases, 1 or several survivors managed to escape Vecna. And I doubt they managed doing so by being quitters. Before crying for nerfs, give time for the userbase to adjust and figure out effective survival strategies. You'll then see the statistics adjust to a lower number over time.
