I can heartily recommend you try this with Korean Bulgogi or Galbi marinade. 6hrs in the slow cooker on low using the marinade as your liquid. After that reduce the liquid down in a pan, add fresh garlic, ginger and some brown sugar and/or mirin. Fire up the oven, generously baste the ribs with that glaze you just made and broil at 180C until caramelised. You're welcome.
