I think it’s more attractive to see people speak positively about themselves, fully loving yourself is the most complimenting feature of an individual in my opinion.

Whenever I think "I need to" or "I should," they are usually about activities that I feel obligated to do. But now, I rewrite these thoughts with "I want to" and I found that it really helped motivate me to do them! I can't wait to further rewrite these thoughts as Leeor described :)

@@LeeorAlexandra i feel the universe channeling me messages when i speak to my grandma and this boy that died a month ago who i am deeply in love with. i’ve been so hurt about him recently but it’s really opened my eyes and made me realise so much stuff. it’s absolutely nuts. we are all healing our own wounds, nobody is perfect and we can’t always be our happiest and best self. forgiveness really is the key to happiness

My sister made me realize that our family is so used to self hate, so since we were kids we talk to ourselves in a very mean way, now that I’m almost 30, I no longer talk to myself in that way, but is still a work in progress because I say to myself that I’m average, but I am more than that, I am a beautiful hardworking woman with a lot of drive and love ✨

Sometimes it feels like a job, an exhausting cycle of constantly "trying to feel good" when you're already in a spiral...it's easy to fall into a depressive mood and willow in my own negative energy. That is my experience right now and I tend to forget to take a breather. So thanks for reminding me again, Leeor :)
Remember to tell yourself, everything is working out best case scenario. I am strong. I am wise. I am patient. I am kind. I anchor in the most optimal timeline here and now. I spread light and love. And so it is✨

In relation to your story about not being able to remember names, I used to tell myself that I was shy and can’t hold a conversation. But now I try and stick to telling myself “I’m outgoing and I can hold conversations easily, it is easy for me to click and connect with people” and it has been working it’s charm!

Watching this over and over again- in combination with reading the book SUPREME Influence: Change Your Life with the Power of the Language You Use by Niurka (highly recommend), and Marisa Peer’s emphasis on the transformative and liberating powers of the “I Am Enough” statement- has allowed for the coalescence of a beautifully empowering picture, this illuminating understanding that we have always been whole, that we have always had the power within us, that the hero is within, and that we are here to create, to change, to transform, and to just BE.
To hear of all the wonderful ways your life improved when you started to change your narrative is so moving and so touching. Just hearing about your self image with bell’s palsy just makes me want to give that Leeor a hug, it moves me to tears because your beauty and light has ALWAYS shined regardless of that. Looking at yourself from a place of unconditional self-love is such a POWERFUL message and one that I’m grateful to be reminded of constantly by your example. You’re right, focusing on the past keeps us from moving forward, like setting sail with your anchor lowered the whole way through, like a stasis to divine flow. But the past is merely something we learn from, the future, fuel and motivation to keep us going, and the present, our experience and experiment with creation. Thank you for constantly reminding us that there truly is unlimited possibility and creative power in the present moment. And that we should consciously think about what we’re about to create, because with our words we can speak flowers into existence or weeds. That example with the student is so powerful and relevant. We shouldn’t fault someone for not being great at everything. We should allow them the room and opportunity to discover their UNIQUE gifts, as each of us is a unique spark and creative expression of the divine. We are more than our grades, or looks, or anything else that can be measured externally. We are enough and whole as is. We are creators. And these truths and lessons are worth learning time and time again.
