Fish Market in Canada - Cutting Giant Sea Urchin

I visited the Steveston Fisherman's Wharf in Richmond, BC, CANADA today, and Luckily I was able to buy super fresh giant sea urchins! Bought 3 of them, $10 each!
Instead of enjoying raw sea urchin, I made one of the most fanciest and luxury noodle!

You really made that look way harder than it should be. You made an absolute mess of those and to top it all off. Canadian urchin has to be the worst I’ve ever seen
