How did u get DAR to work? i tried downgrading skyrim it didn't work. Am really trying to get EVG traversal to work, it keeps giving me the Leaver animation when i want to climb or jump. Nemesis.
DAR isn't even supported anymore.
@@happyweekend2343 i use skyrim 1.6.353 (havent updated since anniversary edition came out) so i just use every version of mods for that build. DAR works just fine with that version

nice1 good mods mentioned sadly modding gets so confusing and exhausting if you lost track and paused for a couple years... so many good mods and so many possible conflicts...
TES 6 needs to take a hard look at the modding community. There is SO much they can learn from it. What an inspiring community. And I mean the creators, users and people who inform us about it. I hope TES 6 will bring us together like this again. ❤️ Thank you for another great video 👍

Not sure if you have heard, but Todd hired big modders for TES 6 to help have a voice for the community and give ideas.
they'll just be inspired to continue to let the modders do the work for them
Basically all new tes and fallout games are just frameworks for the modding community because there is no way they can make fallout 5 as good or even better as my fo4 with 450 mods installed

I still cant get over the fact that, for the longest time it was deemed impossible to implement functional ladders into the game using the creation engine. But now here we are.
Never tell a Bethesda modder that something is impossible.

I love how the new animated and sounds update makes it so you can move while eating and drinking. It makes it nice as your pacing isn’t broken anymore
Every time I watch one of your videos, at least something whether it be something small like a texture pack or a giant DLC type download, I always come away from the video entertained and pulled back into playing Skyrim for the 1000th or so time. Thank you and keep up the good work
As soon as DAR (hopefully) gets updated, I'm definitely jumping back into Skyrim. In the meantime, I have Oblivion.

Im new to this, why does it need to be upgraded cant u use older skyrim version?
@@broskichannel4163 mods that rely on SKSE are version-tied due to how they interface with Creation Engine. If the base game version number changes, this means the plugins that rely on version numbers need to have internal system settings updated to match, not to mention anything that broke due to the update alongside that.

You can downgrade the game by connecting to the Steam consol and data base, works for me downloaded the previous version of the launcher, removed the newer one, used older versions of my mods very stable if you want i can give you the links to steam consol and data base

Wow these are amazing, animations have just come so unbelievably far the past year. I play on xbox and even on this side of things, theres been a crazy amount of combat animations but just so many more that have you interact with the world so differently. Long live Skyrim long live modding 💯💯
My only sad is that I don't really want to jump back to old versions, and thus with DAR not updated in over a year and as a result all the animation mods tied to it are basically broken, which in turn removes SO MUCH of the new animation mechanics. First world problem I guess but it's still kinda sucky.
Yep pretty much the same here. But someone has aleeady uploaded an updated the latest version of DAR and you can find the link on the posts section on DARs nexus page. Unfortunately for me I'm still on 1.29 version and an older version of skse so I can't use that either.

On that note i heard the 1.1.0 version of DAR is working for some folks maybe try that? I couldn't get it to work for animated eating and sounds mod, maybe you'll have more luck at your end.
Burns, little throwaway lines like "eat a bee on the fly (get it)" are one aspect of why I adore your videos. Amazing work, mate!
Sad thing is that the overwhelming majority of these mods are currently unplayable on the latest patch of Skyrim. DAR isn't updated yet so most of the mods that rely on it are unusable.
Edit: DAR has since been updated. So there is no need to keep talking about downgrading. With DAR updated, there is literally no reason to downgrade, other than you don't care about newer mods that only use AE versions of the game.

@@grymmoire You can play all the mods created for the updated version of the game. Most mod authors have already updated their mods to work on the latest release too, so you're not really missing out on much at all. People exaggerate just how many mods were actually broken.
@@grymmoire it's not useful at all. Stay with 1.5.97 where there's the biggest amount of mods. There is no benefit to upgrading, bethesda just wants you to use creation club instead of mods
@@icefarrow7959 but DAR doesn’t work, correct? So all mods that rely on DAR don’t work, which is probably a lot of mods. I’m just not sure why I would upgrade if it means a bunch my mods will stop working, unless there is really something spectacular about the recent update.

You should really mention how Verolevi's animation can be used together using his Conditional Animations mod. Leviathan for heavy, Vanargand (not Vanguard) for light, and Goetia for Mages. Its rrally meant to be used together
I feel there must be a clarification on DAR, the mod has been without an update since last year which makes it incompatible for those who have the newest version of AE, then again downgrading is still an option for anyone in the internet

The comments of DAR have been locked for over a month now because of that.
The bug reports can't be locked so there is where all the "UPDATE THE MOD YOU LAZY F***ER!!!!" comments are. It seems at least two of those per day are added. Those were in the normal comments before ...
Btw. hard topic (not for you specifically and a general comment), but the mod author vanished about a year ago and there was (and still is) a deadly virus going around.
Don't know if he caught it or not, just a reminder and possible explanation.

DAR has been updated in the meantime and Ersh is developing an alternative named OAR.
Wow these are amazing. Personally, I find animations way more important for immersion than high res textures and even ENB shaders so this is perfect.

Would love to see someone create a collection on the Nexus with this type of immersion animations in it. Would love to see these included in with the best new quests/adventures mods, voiced follower mods like Inigo, Lucien, Auri, etc., player homes/locations/city updates, realistic armors/weapons, and quality of life stuff. Haven't been able to find one like that yet and I just don't have the knowledge to put it together myself.
Animation mods have totally reinvigorated my game.
All I can say is Wow! Cant wait for the next installment.

Excellent vid. DAR is such a game changer and has added so much to my game. I still play SE without the anniversary update, so I have no issues. CC content, free or not, is not worth breaking my game. I don't allow my game to update to AE nor do I use any mods with AE dependencies.

As an alternative to Read the Room, there is an Auto Outfit mod by Diziet that I have been using.
It works wonderful, highly recommend.

So online I'm getting mixed signals with Nemsis and FNIS being used together. It took me 7 hours to finally get skyrim AE running (I haven't played in years, and I knew there would be a bunch of non compatible mods that didn't work with the upgrade, and there would be new tools, so I had to go to each mod page, all 100+ individually to figure out if it would work with SSEAE) and only after making sure all the old mods I had worked I am hearing of this nemesis system and ALL of these cool mods I want need it. ALSO GREAT NEWS I KNOW ALL OF YOU WILL LOVE TO HEAR, I use Vortex exclusively. MO2 is like trying to read ancient hieroglyphics to me, no matter how many times I have tried (at least ten) I can't get it to work. I don't want to spend another 10 hours trying to figure out how to get the game running with my favorite stuff, and possibly break a whole bunch of other mods by removing FNIS (you know the ones) just to add a combat mod, or so I can see my character eat food which would be cool with the new survival system (the survival mod that existed before bethesdas survival mod had you eating a piece of bread exclusively, and even that would be better than nothing). Is there any hope for me or should I just play with what I have now, and in two years when I want to play again after uninstalling I should make the transition to Nemesis, and possibly painful agonizing transition to MO2?

Really cool. developments and of course amazing video production quality as always, but the thing I always wonder with these sort of mods is...do people seriously play in 3rd person? They must, bc as evidenced by the proliferation of these mods, but like I only change to 3rd person to check out my character occasionally. The animations that force 3rd person, like sitting down, are immersion breaking and I prefer mods that force 1st person over ones that improve 3rd person animations
When I spent hours to update mods recently, then in the end I found out DAR isn't supported any more, I was so f sad.
These modders are crazy. they are definitely artists. modding is an art. of course there are bugs and nothing will work perfect all the time even when Bethesda does it. But when the modders do something perfect I get goosebumps like who the hell is this person lol

Honestly, jump animation mods are by far, the smoothest things to add to some collection, they literally change the way you play the game.
