    I am a surgeon,74 , presently involved mostly in social work. I have learnt a lot from your videos. I feel ,microbes are a lot more important for the society than commonly thought.I wish to share some of my ideas regarding social welfare, with some body who is interested in research.

    Thank you for the lecture easy to understand. I wonder can one bacteria has several OTUs? Or each bacteria matches with one OTU.

    telling about DNA probes I guess you meant primers. Probe is reserved as a terminology for something else during PCR.
