I loved indian food since 1986 & 1078 on AirIndia Flights lands there food from there been always tasty. now no more flights to UK. now flights are from JFK to Del are non stop & cheaper I love the food on Jet Airways my God World First class service when comes to Indian food.you people are very fortunate to eat Punjabi food & Indian food. Food in England is very Tasty. Now Even Kuwait no lohger lands in UK. everywhere flights are non stop long haul. No country can seve the best food only JET airways Air India & food from UK. Street food in India is more delicious then Airline food no more taste.
Very good kathal recipe by auntie here in andhra Pradesh we consume it as a fruit when it is ripe and cut into fine powder to make curry using tamarind and raw mustard paste as a base.
Namaste paji 🙏 in Sri Lanka we call baby jackfruit, POLOS.. here we make it as a Curry, we pickle them, we make cutlets, we make porridge, we also make it as a vegan sausage 👌 and yes prity ji is right it is called super food, and in Sri Lankan ayurvedic medicine physicians recommend polos porridge for new mothers to increase their HB level... Really great, lots of love to u all from Mumbai. Jackfruit is widely consumed in Goa and Malvan region of Maharashtra. As per my knowledge there are 2 varieties of Jackfruit, one called as barka and other is called as kapa in Maharashtra. I don't know but out of the 2 varieties 1 is only used to make sabzi and the other consumed as a fruit when ripe.
