Pedro Albano 90% of the belf were wiped out and they're still physically fighting, apparently the scourge is still a legitimate thing in the lore.

in throne room sequence only 4 banshees were present, but you need ~12 to sing the background. Vangie Gunn performed the Lament of course at BlizzCon too, where you could count the choir.
Just for the curious, who wondered about the differences between game sequence and a real performance.

This is one of my favorite moments in the entire game in all the expansions. My list isn't high, and I'm not counting personal achievements. I'm just referring to interactive quests or events that either uplift me to a different level or chill my spine they're that good. The Patty-remix was the latter; when she hit the For the Horde in that perfect echo of the cinematic in the middle of the song it was like, OMG! YES! This version is haunting, ethereal, and wrenches your heart in the tears and pain behind it. Especially more so since I have read the book the first few days after it came out. She's my favorite of all the WoW characters even though she joined with the jailer ????--what were you thinking WoW?--I still love her. I like both factions, but my heart will always be with my 1st PC O.G. B.E. WL and that moment she ventured into UC to deliver a pendant year 4.

Does anyone know why I, a blood elf, can't access this quest anymore? I can pick up the locket at Windrunner Spire and turn it into her, but I'm pretty sure she used to sing at that point. Nothing happened and I was very disappointed!
I could hear her singing that song as I ran around Undercity though!

To my knowledge, before the burning crusade Sylvanas had a night elf place holder as it had the most resemblance to a blood elf at the time.

+Elbora Whisperrage (Anabelles) It's because they are dead and their body is in period of rotting. You know see same skin tone with Blood Elf Death Knights. And also, Sylvanas wasn't alive when high elves became into blood elves so she wasn't a blood elf at all but high elf like her sister Vereesa and Alleria Windrunner. They aren't blood elf too. You can visit Vereesa in Dalaran can see it that she has typical high elf eyes instead of greenish blood elf ones.

Love the story! But since sylvanas is alive somehow l! Why not bring Alleria! It's just sad that one of the sisters is dead it's makes more sence is sylvanas died and varessa is trying to find her dead sisters necklaces the green and blue! That would be epic but since syl is alive bring back Alleria it doesn't make sence that she dies or missing! Since Warcraft 2 she is still missing! I wonder if she will be back!

There’s a really good chance this comment is going to age like milk and make me look really naive in a few years but…
It really does feel like Dragonflight is trying to recapture the old magic of WoW. Last time I felt this happy about the game was what… MoP? I think that aside from the Jaina storyline in BfA (which from the first second of her warbringer cinematic to the fall of Queen Azshara is one of the best tales told in all of WoW history in my opinion), it’s the first time in a long time I’ve felt optimistic about where the game is going.
