Fun Fact: When Harrow firstly appeared in the trailer, people thought that she is younger Kate Laswell from Modern Warfare. It's not very surprising for the confusion because both of them are CIA agent
I doubt it, even if the actor happens to be the same it won't be the same character, the timelines are completely different in black ops and it doesn't lead onto modern warfare
my dumb thought excatly but...trait and personilities are different...kate have wife and her crews..she and price so close like mom and dad with crews.

It’s just a “fear toxin” thing. I figured that out when they started turning into regular personnel (we see this at the end of MW3 zombies). The zombies are in a separate timeline. In this timeline Weaver and Sims were never arrested.
@ Always have been. The antagonist’s macguffin of the actual story always becomes the source. But in newer BO there’s a whole different thing going on; instead of Perseus or whoever it’s just East and West paranormal divisions fighting over scientific resources and also Samantha Maxis exists. Then they connected it with the with MW3 reboot zombies in the 2020’s. Because of their dubious actions, Sam “dies” and the “Requiem” team gets arrested and we see in MW3 they die in a basement somewhere. In the regular timeline, absolutely none of that happens, any characters not also in the warzone story don’t exist and Weaver is just doing regular Hollywood CIA stuff for the rest of his life.
