- Christian goes to Kimber's work and he tells her he might have HIV and that she needs to get tested. She tells him she's clean and they end up reuniting.
I love how they're both sincere and caring for one another without causing any DRAMA in this scene.
Christian being a stressed mess and Kimber being levelheaded and calm, that's not something you see every day.
He informed his other women by phone but he felt the needs to tell Kimber by face. This tells us something about his feeling towards her.
He cared about her as best he could. But he was too damaged to truly love anyone. He either rejected or betrayed everyone in his life. But he did care about Kimber. He proved that. I don't think it was ever true love.
@@LiirThropp2687 throughout the show, Christian had back and forth feelings for Julia and Kimber. The dilemma was, Christian was unable to commit himself to stay in long term monogamous relationships and marriages. I think Christian was afraid to be happy, where he probably thought he was incapable of it due to his traumatize childhood. Yes, Christian did care and love Kimber on a certain level where he was very devastated and guilty when his wife jumped off the boat. Kimber was the female version, of Christian which was why they could relate and have strong connection of love and hate with each other. However, with Julia and Christian they just had their moments of physical attractions and lust for each other. It wasn’t true love between Julia and Christian.
Julian is such a good actor. And so is Kelly. He did care about Kimber as much as he could. Something was damaged in Christian. He just couldn't seem to love anyone except Wilber. Might be the only genuine love he ever felt
In this scene, you can tell Kimber genuinely meant it when she told Christian she loves him. It’s understandable for Christian, to feel unsure if Kimber actually loves him because he is aware that he is an asshole who can’t be the faithful boyfriend in relationships. He was under the impression, that Kimber was only in love with the idea of Christian with his good looks, career, and materialism. Although, Kimber had dated and got engaged to other men who made more money than Christian; she wasn’t happy to be in relationships with them.

K&C definitely had a complicated relationship throughout the show. They were at their best and happiest during Season 3. I get frustrated every time Christian treated Kimber like crap. It's a love/hate relationship.

Christian and Kimber ended up dating again after Season 2. I do love this scene too where he comes to see Kimber in person. I thought they should've shared a passionate kiss in this scene.
And to think she later laughs at him for having cancer. Even though a lot of stuff happened between this moment and then, it's still jarring how completely different she reacts to his scar.
Yes, it was wrong for Kimber to tell Christian he deserved getting breast cancer. But, Kimber said what she said because she was still holding a grudge towards Christian for how he showed up at her door drunk and used her for sex.
Christian was trying to seduce Kimber, for his sexual needs just like how Christian seduced Liz to get his mojo back. Yes, what Kimber said was cruel because she was still angry and holding a grudge for how drunk Christian came to seduced her. I can’t really blame Kimber, when she was reluctant to believe Christian expressing his feelings toward her, and how he willing to give her an engagement ring if she breaks up with Mike. Kimber knew Christian was jealous of Mike dating her. They have both been heartbroken from the on and off again relationship.
So he was right about her completely. She only loved him for his physical traits, but abandoned him as soon as something as minor as a scar happened
@@Josh-fp2qn yes, it was cruel for Kimber to laughed and tell Christian his cancer was his karma for mistreating people and his womanizing habits. Kimber was still angry and preventing herself from heartaches and his seduction, because Kimber knew damn well Christian was going to use her body for sex just like he did when he was drunk and upset over Michelle. I cannot condone all the horrible things, Christian and Kimber have done to each other back and forth throughout the series. But, somehow they both found ways to still want to get back together in their complicated on again off relationship.
