I'd be extremely interested to know how house evaluation/pricing works in Jamaica because I see a lot of properties sitting around for a long time waiting to be sold. I appreciate that the housing market is constantly rising but I don't think that estate agents are being realistic with their asking prices. This place has a lot of potential but will need updating and so the asking price needs to change to reflect that.
I really like the front of the house and the veranda, but is underwhelmed by the back of the house. We should have seen a wider angle of the back, since it looks hilly. You guys are selective on what you allow the viewers/prospective buyers to see. That is not good.
