Which is Good for Long term ?
Mine is working fine so far. It comes down to your budget. If you can spend 2818 then go for Wonderchef.
Cookwell is much better in terms of long life and also flawless performance, plus it also has an extra whipping blade for making whipped coffee or tempting lassi or for preparing batter for many recipes

Is there any grinder which can extract juice of carrot and beet root
These are not made for extracting these type of vegetable juices. You can use this, but it won't be efficient. Those type of grinder would cost you almost twice as much. Here are a few examples:

@@kreedkandel1867 The noise is not that much in wet grinding, but it does make a little more noise when dry grinding. My cook burned the motor by not using it correctly, and when I contacted them, they created a pickup and sent a new base to me. That process took around 2 weeks, and their customer support was super helpful. So even if you've some problems, you're in good hands. Hope this helps. Thank you.
