You can really see that regardless of the amount of people who worked on it and the time taken for this, it just really showed how much care and soul was put into this.
The show has had an effect in League as well. Caitlyn and Jinx have always been strong picks for damage as traditional ADC roles but also the occasional lethality/assassin type damage as well. Same with Ekko as a mid-laner and usually a jungler now. However, now I’m seeing waaaay more Viktors, Vi’s and Jayces than ever before, especially Viktor and Jayce. I barely ever saw them picked before. You can look at season 10s stats vs season 11. Their pick rate went up A LOT. The best part is everyone I see playing Cait, Vi, Jinx or Jayce has the arcane skins on (they were free during the Arcane event in-game when it was running for a couple weeks during the premiere).
I can't wait for all the people who have never seen league lore before, see all the amazing characters and regions riot has made over the years and see how amazing this lore truly is! I personally can't wait till the void and darkins are introduced in the future
I've never played the game, I just simply don't like MOBA gameplay. However Arcane seemed interesting, and 10/10 everywhere so I was like, okay sure, not a huge fan of animated series in general but let's see... I started watching Arcane about a week ago and finished in couple of days. Holy fuck. I've been watching nothing but LOL lore videos for the past days, and I cannot, CANNOT wait for their MMO to come out now, I just hope we get to really dig deep into the world and lore of Runeterra in the MMO. Arcane 10+/10 from me.
EXACTLY!! The problem is, they are seemingly punching away lore and don’t really see it as important… if you’re interested what Nickyboi’s vid about League no longer being a game… because it isn’t! It’s a whole universe with characters that feel real (to a certain extent lol). Needless to say, lore is just as important as the game. And boy does it make for some juicy content when it comes to tv shows!
@@cally2984 that’s how they get ya… now you have signed your sole away to rito… welcome to the club XD In all seriousness though, the lore is fucking amazing. It makes me wonder if we might see the rise of a new cinematic universe. There are a few big cinematic universes like The MCU, Star Wars, Harry Potter, etc, but for the most part it’s very difficult to create a successful cinematic universe. It requires a massive dedicated fan base in order to ensure the success of every movie/show. Marvel has certainly done it the best, but I’m thinking Arcane will be the start of a League cinematic universe that could rival the MCU.
I'm just happy that I live in a time where I am able to experience shows like this made by people with so much raw talent and passion. It's just unreal how good this show is, coming from someone that despises League of Legends
11/10 THIS SHOW MADE ME CRIED SO HARD.Its been 3+ years since I have seen an animated masterpiece with a unique animation style. Its no doubt this show was the best animated series i've ever seen, with no flaws at all.Nothing could surpass this masterpiece.
I’ve never watched a show and has my jaw dropped after most episodes. I remember after finishing some of them, especially the last one, all I could do is stop and stare at my reflection in the TV as the credits rolled. I couldn’t move or think or speak. I was so overwhelmed by how unspeakably incredible what I’d seen was, and I couldn’t believe how lucky it was for me to decide to watch it
this is what happens when creators put in a 200% genuine love and care for the characters and world story with artistic freedom can do. i hope they don't rush the next season and take their time releasing it perfectly. all in all from the marketing, the visuals, the story, everything is top notch. riot knows what they're doing and we can only hope they don't end up like valve xD
When I saw this advertised on Netflix, the trailer and visuals captured me to watch it. Then I saw "league of legends'. I knew NOTHING about the series other than it being a video game. I love that this series is so incredible that a non-fan can be drawn in so deeply to the story. The content coming out from this is cool too.....Rappers analyzing the songs, phsychologists discussing characters....I wouldn't be surprised one day if Valorant gets the same treatment.
Arcane really was so great! I will rewatch it in my holiday. But I honestly doubt they will be able to keep up this level of perfection for every season to come! One reason being, it sounds to me that they were heavily invested in Jinx and Vi especially and for ten years straight. A luxury not every other champion of League should have been able to enjoy. The second being that they have less than two years for the next part when they had 6 before. And third, the peak of this show was set SO high in every aspect that you cannot seriously expect each and every artist having such groundbreaking brainstorms all the time in ever-smaller intervals. But of course like always with Riot, I will happily let myself be proven wrong! :)
I think they only need 2 year this time is because 1.They have proven themselves so riot will have no hesitation funding the project 2.They dont need to create entire cg models for the characters and dont need to design the entirety of piltover and zaun 3.They probably had an idea of where the story will go if the show was succesfull enough to get a second season.
This is not the only way riot can go, there is more than Vi x jinx, if they want to give some time to Arcane they can do something about other regions like the war Ionia vs Noxus we see in Awaken, the anti magic hunters of Demacia or even how the Yordles are influenced by the environment.
Season 1 and 2 were produced at once. It is not a second season coming, but rather a continuation of season 1, therefore, the chance of the quality dropping in season 2 is minimal.
I believe they said they had other plans for a show in a different location… if i had to guess it might be demacia because of all the drama that goes on there and since I’m the lore they have a civil war goin on… But yeah, riot doesn’t half ass anything and that is obvious just based on their cinematics alone! It took them like 7 years to make arcane… basically ever since jinx became a champion in the game/ was created. Also it took them so long because they had to find a means of production without Hollywood trying to take control of their project, had to find voice actors, had their animators (which was a smaller team at the time) draw and animate everything, and on top of that they had to make a story that would fit with the current lore as much as possible. Now they have most of that checked off the list for season 2 and all they need is to continue the story (tho I bet they know what they wanna do) and get their animators and voice actors to do their thing! Again rito doesn’t half ass anything and love to blow us away so we can keep investing in their games (if you play it lol)
Round 1 Team Shimmer Singed, Silco, Jinx, Sevika & Marcus VS Team Hextech Caitlyn, Vi, Jayce, Mel & Viktor Round 2 Team Zaun Viktor, Singed, Warwick, Jinx & Blitzcrank VS Team Piltover Caitlyn, Vi, Heimer, Ekko & Orianna
Fortishe perfecting their animated style and landing a home run with the narrative of two cities two sisters has become a fountain of youth for Riot. They have, if not limitless, oceans of untapped potential that Riot has a monopoly access to. They have over 100 different characters who, to varying degrees, can get treatments equivalent to the ones featured in arcane.
As a long time LoL fan, basically a decade or so now, I had very high expectations from Riot. Since all their cinematics and music videos always been top quality, it was a no-brainer they'll pull it off. I'm glad they managed to get a good handful of characters that make sense to make the story work. And they pretty much started of strong imo
What I love about arcane is that the lore team and the animation studio carefully realised a lore aspect that wasnt touched or.built upon in over10 years. It rlly captures what we as players imagined the world looks and how characters would act from like 3 sentences we were.presented with when Vi and Jinx were released
i am a world of worcraft fan (i also play LoL) and it sadess me to see the state of the game, the succes that riot has with not only their game but with this series, music videos, animeted short, etc is just LOVE for their product, riot really cares about their game , cares of the world they have created , and the people (champions) that live in it , while blizzad their game its just a product nothig more nothig less.
one could argue that blizzard used to love their game and make every step of one wiith passion and dedication, so i dunno, maybe riot futurs's gonna end the same. or not ? Heck even blizzard could do a comebackc in 5 years if they managed to stay alive until microsoft acquire them
I love how each character gets a flashback and each flashback is the core of the character and there whole motivation jinx doesn't get one till the end because the first one is vi's the end of each act is jinx's
Honestly wouldn't mind lmao Marvel and Disney are marshmallows in the animation industry rn if they don't do something better theyre bound to get taken over
Maybe who knows. I mean we’ve only seen one project by them. That keep in mind took a decade to make. If they keep there quality up and have good show after good show, They could have a really good shot to the top.
This is probably my favorite show ever made. I can't even think of any show that I enjoyed watching as much as this one or a show that left me equally in awe of the cinematics.
I’ve seen this show five times and it is still not enough. I will never get over this show and the fact that we know they’re will be multiple seasons!!!!!
Riot is the David to Blizzard's Goliath. League isn't the most engaging or innovative game I've played (and isn't particularly fun). Animation is their and Fortiche's strong suit and Arcane quickly planted itself firmly in the best films and shows I have ever seen. Bravo, guys. I eagerly wait for more.
Never touched League ever, not my type of game. But this series is just something else, creating characters you care about be it villains or heroes. This was something many movie series fail at.
Couldn't care less about the game, but 'Arcane', and the league of legends music roster is outstandingly good. They should really consider branching the games out of 'isometric battle strategy gaming' and into first or third person story driven gaming.
THIS is how you make a show.. WITH HEART, PASSION and DEDICATION... You can FEEL that every single person involved in this show, from the script writers, to animators, voice actors, background artists, concept artists, musicians etc. gave their best to make it.. Its not for nothing that fans say "pause Arcane at any point and you have an awesome wallpaper" that is what's special about it.. its not a corporate moneygrab, it isn't just done to make a political statement, to make money, to further a goal, its a work of art .. and that is what ALL shows should be .. name any excellent timeless show or movie especially animated ones, that you couldn't say was led by passion and creative vision.. it is what makes a good show and Arcane is just a perfect example of everything coming together just right.
The next Runeterra regions - Noxus - This one has been foreshadowed quite often in Arcane. Would be awesome to see Darius (possibly's Mel's brother's killer). - Demacia - Might be included in the Noxus story. - Ionia - If its not shown in the Noxus vs Demacia conflict it can be mentioned or cameo shown at least. - Freljord - This is the region I wanna see animated the most. And for two reasons only: Braum and the cute little Poros. It was already shown a bit with that Jayce flashback. - Bilgewater - Second region I want to see animated the most. And for three reasons: Graves, Twisted Fate and Miss Fortune - The Shadow Isles - Related to Bilgewater prehaps. I wanna see Lucian and Viego's storyline. - Shurima - The last region I wanna see animated.
great video, very well produced. feels closer to a mini documentary than a RUclips video production wise. One thing though: It seems that your background music always keeps playing when you're showing clips or music, that was kinda confusing
There are now multiple games, League is rough for a lot of people, as the other commenter pointed out Legends of Runeterra and others also give you a way to explore the Runeterra universe.
pretty great video. It just seems as if your background music is layered over all of the video, as well as the music and video snippets, which is a little bit disturbing for the ears
You can absolutely see the obsession and love the team that made arcane has for the universe. This is what makes a great product. The people behind it. Makes me so hyped for the RIOT MMO.
This was wonderfully nostalgic having lived and played lol since its beta, though I always cared more for the lore than the... Stress that game could cause 😅 With more games and more arcane all coming, I can explore these characters way easier today. Hell, I even downloaded wild rift and asol was really fun xD Thanks for yous video and many efforts
You can tell people who made Arcane LOVE this game, you can tell they LOVE those characters. You can just tell. Like when your SO loves you then it's quality relationship and you can tell they love you. There is love in every frame of the show and it just fkn shows. So much thought, and care and detail went into it and you can tell. I fkn love the game and the universe. Imagine how creators and artists feel about it. Ofc it was gonna be amazing ❤️❤️❤️ can't wait for season 2!
One of the main reasons why it's so successful, is because Riot didnt't outsource to a famous director to make their series. Instead, they trusted the talent on their end, the main people who are responsible for the story of the game and loved the game since day 1.
Arcane is a fan service series that not just done right but done BEAUTIFULLY. The story is so good that you forget that this is a League of Legends show.
Honestly, outside of lore and stuff, this show has been like amazing at subverting expectations, like act one you're gonna imagine that the gang leaves safe and sound and Silco loses, but it doesn't, everyone is dead, You thought that Silco would kill Powder when she jumped to him, but he doesn't and takes her in as her actually child, not just as a tool at his disposal, and actually cared for her too, you'd think everything will go smoothly after so many times but it never does which is great imo
Silco "you're perfect" is one of the best lines in the history of fiction coz of how much weight and depth there is to it. I literally replied with "yes she fukin is" in the moment 🤣 I was invested as hell!!!
I've played League maybe twice in my life, but I have watched it streamed quite a bit, whether it was pro event or just streamers playing it casually. Wasn't a big fan of it, so I went into this series thinking it would just be "OK" and I didn't have high expectations for it. What I got out of it? The feeling that I had just watched the best new film/tv series since the release of Game of Thrones. Sure, other series have come and gone since that time but not many have been able to reach the level of quality and intrigue that I felt when I sat down to watch those first few seasons of Game of Thrones. The animation style is incredible, and so is the story-telling and world-building. The whole package is just incredible, unreal even. I was utterly captivated the entire time. I'm glad they sort of chose to base this first season around Vi & Jinx. Because even though I wasn't a league player, I still recognized those characters instantly because of how heavily they've been featured in League's marketing over the years. Even if you've never played league, there's probably a chance you've been an ad for it somewhere, featuring a girl with hot pink hair and giant gauntlets on her fists.
One of the best animated Western shows. A very interesting recap of Riot's history with animation. I like the idea of having mini music videos in the episodes, but man, Imagine Dragons sucked back when they were still popular on the radio and "Radioactive" was beat to death years ago. A lot of the music they picked for Arcane just isn't good. The big bombastic songs I mean, the background instrumental stuff is good. But alot of those "hey look at me" songs just weren't great and many seemed odd for the setting.
Great video, it's cool to see the background on Riot's work related to Arcane and LoL as a whole! Just one nitpick, if you're playing a clip that has audio, try muting the background music yours has. I found it rather dissonant to have the two going at once.
i am absolutely thrilled that Arcane is such a hit. the quality of the show, in all aspects, is a punch to the gut and a kick in the ass for the competition. YES! i am looking at YOU, DC!!! Marvel stepped up with the What If animation, which was pretty good. but DC still plays the fool, bringing those same lame animations that are worse every time. Arcane is now the standard, this level of quality is what we expect, if you want our money.
@@pluie6742 i did not see anything after end game except what if. And come on... it wasn't trash. Let's not exaggerate. Sure... it had no depth and stuff, and for my taste, the thor episode was childish(that was probably the point). But visually it was great. And i got excited seeing different yet familiar heroes gather for that final showdown. Of course... no perfection in the VA department. Cannot understand why they could not get RDJ to voice Tony, or Spader as Ultron. I liked Lake Bell as Black Widow though. But yeah... the script did not allow her to show any real emotion in the penultimate episode, which i find it a shame. But this was Marvel. Emotions came only in the last 2movies. Especially in Infinity Wars. My fav superhero movie thus far. So What If was good. Not awesome, not Arcane level, but good. Wanna know trash? See DC Injustice. THAT is real trash. Arcane is already my single season of any show. I have never been more glued to a screen throughout the entirety of a show then when watching this series. I desperately hope that they can manage to pull of a fully realized world over 10 seasons and fully develop and intertwine all the regions and many characters. I also hope at some point riot has the balls to kill off some of the main league characters. otherwise too many characters will just have plot armor.
I wish they could double their team and start work on season 3 as soon as they get finer details of season 2 set and they start the grunt work... just watched it after not hearing anything or having any interest in the video game and am just blown away. Late to the party I know but super thrilled at the state of writing. Hollywood needs to take note, this is how you do it!
I've been saying for years now that some game companies that put out mind blowing cinematics need to drop making games and start dishing out series/movies. More money and most players get drawn to games for lore/cool aspects. Like the wow cinematics are fukin mind blowing as an example

I never played the game but I was stunned by the first KDA video and now Arcane is my favorite TV show in the last 2 years -hands down a masterpiece on every level. Studio Fortiche is out here leading the future while Disney keeps rehashing their old properties. I'd love to see Riot/Fortiche become the new top dog in entertainment someday! I'd watch everything they put out if it's even half Arcane's incredible storytelling craft. I even listen to the music Riot puts out between KDA and the battle anthems that are so motivating at the gym! They obviously passionately CARE about the arts and their audience instead of just focusing on dollar signs. I hope that never changes.

Wish they'd fix their game ngl but hey everything else is dope af.
@@cally2984 that’s how they get ya… now you have signed your sole away to rito… welcome to the club XD
In all seriousness though, the lore is fucking amazing. If you want someone who knows their shit and goes into a lot of detail check out (if you haven’t already) Necrit. Best lore channel there is and he is also like game theory but for league
Victor hex core was first introduction to void
It makes me wonder if we might see the rise of a new cinematic universe. There are a few big cinematic universes like The MCU, Star Wars, Harry Potter, etc, but for the most part it’s very difficult to create a successful cinematic universe. It requires a massive dedicated fan base in order to ensure the success of every movie/show. Marvel has certainly done it the best, but I’m thinking Arcane will be the start of a League cinematic universe that could rival the MCU.
i sure as hell hope so 😩😩
With how expansive runterra is, I dont doubt it
Runeterra already has a fan base on its own.
I'm just happy that I live in a time where I am able to experience shows like this made by people with so much raw talent and passion. It's just unreal how good this show is, coming from someone that despises League of Legends
11/10
THIS SHOW MADE ME CRIED SO HARD.Its been 3+ years since I have seen an animated masterpiece with a unique animation style. Its no doubt this show was the best animated series i've ever seen, with no flaws at all.Nothing could surpass this masterpiece.
i dont think i ever seen a show were i can't stop thinking about it.
Its been very very long since a show made me feel so much emotion
I’ve never watched a show and has my jaw dropped after most episodes. I remember after finishing some of them, especially the last one, all I could do is stop and stare at my reflection in the TV as the credits rolled. I couldn’t move or think or speak. I was so overwhelmed by how unspeakably incredible what I’d seen was, and I couldn’t believe how lucky it was for me to decide to watch it
Japanese Anime are the only type of show that make me feel emotions like Arcane did. Not just any though.
I've seen over 800 anime and Arcane tops 99% of them easily. @@Katatonya
Thanks for documenting the journey of Riot Games and this incredible show! This should be a special feature on the physical release, it’s that good!
this is what happens when creators put in a 200% genuine love and care for the characters and world story with artistic freedom can do. i hope they don't rush the next season and take their time releasing it perfectly. all in all from the marketing, the visuals, the story, everything is top notch. riot knows what they're doing and we can only hope they don't end up like valve xD
This channel is so underrated I didn’t even realize this channel only has 27k subs
@@thatguyxel2723 A sound reasoning as well. We will just have to wait and see. It will be long 2 years of waiting though...
I believe they said they had other plans for a show in a different location… if i had to guess it might be demacia because of all the drama that goes on there and since I’m the lore they have a civil war goin on…
But yeah, riot doesn’t half ass anything and that is obvious just based on their cinematics alone!
Again rito doesn’t half ass anything and love to blow us away so we can keep investing in their games (if you play it lol)
really hope they got a fat budget for season 2 after this masterpiece
I think the last time I was so obsessed and blown away with a movie/show was The Matrix in 1999. Arcane is a work of art for the ages.
What a great history of how Arcane came to be. TY!
Definition of when you put in A+ effort, you get A+ results, although Riot went even beyond. Riot went asian sweatmode.
The background music playing over the cinematics really clashes.
i love the many inspirational quotes in the series, really shows how dark and bright this world can be
Round 1
Team Shimmer
Singed, Silco, Jinx, Sevika & Marcus
VS

Round 2
Team Zaun
Viktor, Singed, Warwick, Jinx & Blitzcrank
VS
Team Piltover
Caitlyn, Vi, Heimer, Ekko & Orianna
You really did a research. I appreciate your hardwork and creativity on this vid. So nice!
i am a world of worcraft fan (i also play LoL) and it sadess me to see the state of the game, the succes that riot has with not only their game but with this series, music videos, animeted short, etc is just LOVE for their product, riot really cares about their game , cares of the world they have created , and the people (champions) that live in it , while blizzad their game its just a product nothig more nothig less.
they dont care about the game, but the rest is true
one could argue that blizzard used to love their game and make every step of one wiith passion and dedication, so i dunno, maybe riot futurs's gonna end the same. or not ?
Heck even blizzard could do a comebackc in 5 years if they managed to stay alive until microsoft acquire them
I love how each character gets a flashback and each flashback is the core of the character and there whole motivation jinx doesn't get one till the end because the first one is vi's the end of each act is jinx's
I love how the visuals looks like moving concept art, and thats exactly what I thought it was when I saw the first still images from it.
Arcane most definitely has a chance of surpassing the MCU.
Honestly wouldn't mind lmao Marvel and Disney are marshmallows in the animation industry rn if they don't do something better theyre bound to get taken over
i'm calling it now, within 10 years, LCU will become a real thing
most of what MCU today is getting bland, boring and old. Will not be surprised if their spot get replaced by something like these.
mcu has dogshit writing lmfao
Maybe who knows. I mean we’ve only seen one project by them. That keep in mind took a decade to make. If they keep there quality up and have good show after good show, They could have a really good shot to the top.
Greatest Videogame adaptation EVER
that gotta go to sword art online its predicting the metaverse. the future of gaming lol
With all the potential characters, this is Netflix/Riot's answer to the Disney plus/ Marvel. Can't wait for League's Cinematic Universe to develop.
This is probably my favorite show ever made. I can't even think of any show that I enjoyed watching as much as this one or a show that left me equally in awe of the cinematics.
Literally one of the best TV shows ever
This an amazing documentary. I enjoyed it thoroughly, well done.
NEVER MIND! They're funded by Tencent? David my ass! They're another Goliath. Lol Nevertheless, excellent show.
People are forgetting how huge Riot is. Riot is a gaming giant and soon to be the de facto gaming warlord of a company.
@@mintyfresh4855 Yeah, exactly the point of my addendum. They're pretty massive...
They are actually planning to make those games kinda like MMORPG
Awesome video, its gonna blow up, mark my words.
THIS is how you make a show.. WITH HEART, PASSION and DEDICATION... You can FEEL that every single person involved in this show, from the script writers, to animators, voice actors, background artists, concept artists, musicians etc. gave their best to make it..
Its not for nothing that fans say "pause Arcane at any point and you have an awesome wallpaper"
that is what's special about it.. its not a corporate moneygrab, it isn't just done to make a political statement, to make money, to further a goal, its a work of art .. and that is what ALL shows should be .. name any excellent timeless show or movie especially animated ones, that you couldn't say was led by passion and creative vision..
it is what makes a good show and Arcane is just a perfect example of everything coming together just right.
The next Runeterra regions
- Noxus - This one has been foreshadowed quite often in Arcane.
And for three reasons: Graves, Twisted Fate and Miss Fortune
- The Shadow Isles - Related to Bilgewater prehaps. I wanna see Lucian and Viego's storyline.
- Shurima - The last region I wanna see animated.
hmmm there are already poros in the show tho (heimers dog xd)
Arcane slaps
great video, very well produced. feels closer to a mini documentary than a RUclips video production wise. One thing though: It seems that your background music always keeps playing when you're showing clips or music, that was kinda confusing
Arcane is so good! I am going to try out the game!
There its also: wild rift, LoR, hexplosions and ruined king if lol isn't your coup or tea.
There are now multiple games, League is rough for a lot of people, as the other commenter pointed out Legends of Runeterra and others also give you a way to explore the Runeterra universe.
Rest In Peace you innocent soul
But seriously if you like the lore and wanna play a game because of it, then just play LoR.
Which one 🤪
Ahhhh early 2009 league hurts my eyes so much after knowing how far it has come.
pretty great video. It just seems as if your background music is layered over all of the video, as well as the music and video snippets, which is a little bit disturbing for the ears
Trying to avoid copy
Its just so good to know what happened before the making of so a damn great show
I think something this video missed was the ANNIE: Origins cinematic. The art style looks to be a kind of prototype to Arcane.
I've been reading League Lore for a long time now, I'm "Institute of War" old 😂
You can absolutely see the obsession and love the team that made arcane has for the universe. This is what makes a great product. The people behind it. Makes me so hyped for the RIOT MMO.
This was wonderfully nostalgic having lived and played lol since its beta, though I always cared more for the lore than the... Stress that game could cause 😅
With more games and more arcane all coming, I can explore these characters way easier today. Hell, I even downloaded wild rift and asol was really fun xD
Thanks for yous video and many efforts
This show better be in a year 3000 museum right next to the French Renaissance paintings.
Arcane: The Show all League Fans Wanted!
It's like my brother's been living under a rock, he never heard about Arcane and he called it a "kid's cartoon". How funny is that?
bruh...
What does J.B Blanc refer to when he says that he wonders if there is gonna be a Norwegian guy in Arcane? As a Norwegian I'm quite curious lol
When they called him he thought he was going to play Braum. But it was for a new character, "Vander".
arcane's type of story telling reminds me a lot of toaru's bunch of stories going on at the same time and they colide with one another
I feel like Fortiche wasn't credited enough in this video
I want a limited edition box set with all the features. Make it happen Riot and Fortiche!
This vid was beautiful. Thanks for making it
Arcane is a fan service series that not just done right but done BEAUTIFULLY. The story is so good that you forget that this is a League of Legends show.
0:25 I'm watching this, Kuben Blisk's VA is in here
Honestly, outside of lore and stuff, this show has been like amazing at subverting expectations, like act one you're gonna imagine that the gang leaves safe and sound and Silco loses, but it doesn't, everyone is dead, You thought that Silco would kill Powder when she jumped to him, but he doesn't and takes her in as her actually child, not just as a tool at his disposal, and actually cared for her too, you'd think everything will go smoothly after so many times but it never does which is great imo
In arcane Only a few Champions , but in lore there are so many Champions , it's really worth waiting for them all to come out
Arcane is 200% worth a watch
Silco "you're perfect" is one of the best lines in the history of fiction coz of how much weight and depth there is to it. I literally replied with "yes she fukin is" in the moment 🤣 I was invested as hell!!!
Honestly I don't care about Squid Game anymore after this
8:08 out of nowhere, perry the platypus shows up in this video
Omg this is the break down I was looking for thankyou
8:07 Tibbers is Perry all along?
The “act release” was a master move
I never played a league of legends game in my life but I did remember the first music video they created and the arcane series was so amazing to me
One of the best animated Western shows.
Series like that are the reason why I just want to travel into the future sometimes.
Great video, it's cool to see the background on Riot's work related to Arcane and LoL as a whole! Just one nitpick, if you're playing a clip that has audio, try muting the background music yours has. I found it rather dissonant to have the two going at once.
I love everything that makes me enjoy League of Legends without actually having to play it
i am absolutely thrilled that Arcane is such a hit. the quality of the show, in all aspects, is a punch to the gut and a kick in the ass for the competition. YES! i am looking at YOU, DC!!!
The source material was splendid and they went another way. The way it sucked.
@@pluie6742 what if is great
Animated Harley Quinn is pretty great, but imo Doom Patrol is the best thing DC has accomplished in crossover media
Very good video. Great insight, well edited (with some hiccups on the audio here and there), and informative narration throughout the video. That's how you'll get me away from bed although I have to sleep. SUBBED.
"What makes you different makes you strong" right in the feels 🥲
👏👏👏👏😭😭😭😭😭
"I thought maybe you could love me the way you used to. Even though I'm.......different."
"No monster's gonna get you when i'm here. Then a real monster showed up. And i just ran away. I left her." damn. this show crushes with visuals, music, voice acting and lines, man :(
@BattleAngelFan hmm, i took that different, i think she meant that she isn't going to love her unconditionally anymore, since she cant yet accept the fact that Powder is gone and Jinx is all thats left.
@@anelagnjatovic1454 Jinx isn’t all that’s left tho.. Powder and Jinx aren’t two separate people … she’s still buried deep inside and managed to kill Silco in order to save her sister.
That part of her will always exist… loving her sister
loved it. both the series and this video! well done
Really nice! Remember to not layer two pieces of music over each other,
Arcane is so damn good. I’ve been watching anime since I was a kid in the late 70s & early ‘80s & Arcane is up there with the best of them. ❤️
Arcane isn't an Anime.
I've been saying for years now that some game companies that put out mind blowing cinematics need to drop making games and start dishing out series/movies. More money and most players get drawn to games for lore/cool aspects. Like the wow cinematics are fukin mind blowing as an example
When I saw the first season of Stranger Things, I thought instantly, this is the best show I have seen all year (I watch a lot of shows). When I saw Arcane, I said, this is the best show I have seen all year. And by far the best animated show I have ever seen. It was truly a master piece.
