For the rice paper, a dip in the water is enough and by the time u are done putting things on top of it, the wrap is soft and ready to go. This way it is less likely to break.

Might I recommend something called "Everything but the bagel" for the avocado toast and maybe bell pepper sandwich. We use a knock off brand our grocer has called "Bagel Not Included" 😂😅😂 but it's sesame seeds with a little extra pop. Just a tad
it saddens me to hear that u had to carry your pepper spray when getting tacos for dinner,, i'm so sorry - pls remember to stay safe and it's absolutely alright if you stop vlogging when the sun is down to focus more on your surroundings,, in fact i urge you to not film and be more vigilant because there are horrible people out there targeting women esp asians :((((

I've never carried pepper spray but usually have a knife in my car and with me. It's all about what you are most comfortable with. So many mehn don't understand the realities of being a woman in this world. I avoid anything after dusk like putting gas or stopping places 🌇
I eat avacado toast like you do, and I feel like you’re missing a sour element! Red pickled onions really make that dish come all together! Maybe that’s what ur missing :o

kinda weird, but i always put a drop of sesame oil and chilli pepper flakes into my avocados for my avocado toast! i recommend!!
