When I am shaking the right earbud I am getting a noise as if speaker or some part inside is loose. Even the replacement product had the same issue. Is this happening with yours as well and is normal or mine is defective? Please help

Prob aisa aarha hai ki mai jb bhi connect kr rha mobile me to dono buds separately connect horhe hai aur koi bhi ek buds active rhta hai... means koi ek me hi sound aata hai... Dono earbuds ek sath ( both ) connect nhi horhe hai... Smz nhi aarha kya setting Krna hai... RUclips pr kafi video bhi dekh liya but kuch bhi nhi mila... Sir agr aap isbareme koi help kr skte ho to plz reply dijiye🙏🏻🙏🏻
