You being vulnerable and willing to share with us is so much better than all the not real videos and people out there. I really appreciate this about you. 🖤
It’s why I love her channel and community. I’m 28, and I’ve been following for the last 7 years. I’m so over these channels anymore that copy and paste shorts with the same background sound, same moves. Nothing is real anymore it’s all fake. I love Kasey for being a kind real sweetheart!
Kinda saddens me in the society that we have to question a MOM if a BF/GF have separate rooms… none of our business for one and what’s wrong if they did sleep separately? More power to a couple who wants to wait. They are so young it’s none of anybody’s business anywho Hope you feel better today Kasey ❤may the Lord bless you and heal you
I suffer from migraines when I get my cycle, I find that taking magnesium helps. They also have magnesium lotion and when I’m feeling extra stressed, I lather my feet in it and it helps me relax and sleep. I definitely recommend if you haven’t tried it ❤
I am so sorry you are having so much pain. I have been in early menopause since my early 40s and I can't say its any better. I am thankful I no longer have such awful cramps. I do suffer from severe mood swings and it sucks so bad. Sending positive vibes and gentle hugs your way.
Giving you a huuuuge hug. I really, really pray you feel better soon. Thank you for sharing and spreading awareness about pmdd. It helped diagnose and support 2 of my daughters who suffer greatly with it. You are a vessel even when you might not know. Sending you so much love and light. ❤❤
Thank you so much for being so vulnerable with us, for still uploading even if you don’t feel good and even if you hadn’t, that’s okay too. I love watching your videos when I’m home cleaning or cooking. I relate so much with you with the feelings you have, your age, the changes in our bodies, the grey hair and aging gracefully. Thank you.
So glad you shared your morning Kasey!! I'm 58yrs old (which can't possibly be right! ) have had a hysterectomy so of course no period anymore but have just had a shit day, not enough movement & other shizit - anyway, watching your video made me feel like I was just hangin' w/a girlfriend in a comfortable place, sharing about our Uncomfortable-ness & it was so helpful & of course relatable on so many levels - even w/out having a uterus anymore! LoL!! It's always so nice to be reminded that we are not alone in struggling with life on any given day - You pushed yourself to take care of yourself in whatever way you could & it paid off - it usually does right? so Thank You for sharing!! Glad you're feeling better.
I get pms symptoms prior to cycle. I think the more deficient in nutrients, the worse they get. Ive tried Raspberry tea prior and during my period and it works! I hope your symptoms get better. Stay strong🙏🙏
Kasey thank you for being so transparent with us. It's important to talk about theses things that way people out here realize they aren't alone. Through you I've learned a lot about our menstrual cycle & has allowed me to know that I'm not alone or being dramatic when my cycle does arrive 🩸 Sending you a giant hug 🫂
Ma'am, you are absolutely wonderful showing your authentic self. I feel like I might have pmdd. I get a lot of these symptoms as well as I am aging. I always have to give myself alloted grace time to feel more like myself! I just love yas! Thank you for your content girl. ❤
My PMS is really bad, my hormones usually kick my butt in an epic way. One day, talking about it to a person I used to trust 1000%, they just said "so, that's why you don't have children and probably never will; the Lord knows best and motherhood is not for you since you lack control like that". That person knew of my struggles and how badly I wanted to have children so, needless to say, I was devasted when I heard that. Well, fast forward a few years, I do have a child now (the light of my life) and the relationship with that person still exists but it's shattered beyond repair. Glad you're feeling better! Sending a lot of good vibes and energy your way. 🌼
Sounds like some of your symptoms are perimenopause. I’m 40 and I recently went through something similar but it lasted for months and I literally wanted to unalive myself because it was so depressing and intense. I’m thinking about asking my doctor for HRT if it continues to last for long periods because I can’t handle it 😢 I also went through 3-4 months straight of constant night sweats , brain fog, and heart palpitations . It didn’t stop til I took an entire 2 months off and slept the days away and got control of my mental health. I hope you feel better. So sorry you’re going through this, Kasey.
Awww your bf being supportive by helping while u vlog is adorable! I'm sorry you have to go through this. I haven't been diagnosed but I believe I have it also because I have many months of a lot of pain, not able to get out of bed from my emotions, my break downs are all day before and during my period... Idk it's a lot of sh**. But a huge hug!
You are such an admirable woman, and a great inspiration. I was inspired to do vlogmas this year. Ive wanted to do it for years and always put it off. Thank you!
Aw thanks for sharing and being vulnerable. I struggle with this too and hormones have gotten so bad I now have PCOS as well. I’ve had to get super diligent about watching out for hormone disrupters in my environment and diet and that is helping
Don't ever think you're complaining. The pain is real . Just so you know I'm not talking out my butt. I had a girlfriend who used to go through the exact pain. I could never know your pain and suffering. But put in some kind words , in pain and suffering. It's so important to have a platform on RUclips. To vent your feelings for Mental health and well being . And sometimes, you just have to say to yourself. I need a Me Day ! That won't change the pain and suffering. But it can be important to know. That' you're just human , you're loved . I heart breaks for you . Mental health platforms are great talking to out is Great . Wishing better days ahead
Im 41 and have pmdd and up until about 10 years ago I had no idea what was wrong with me. I was officially diagnosed and can somewhat control it now. Last night I did not sleep either. It’s comforting to know others go through it too. My husband and I have separate rooms but we sleep in the same room. It’s sooooo nice lol.
I go through this as well. But with perimenopause... it's awful. All I can do is keep reminding myself that it will pass and that I am really happy. Just not today lol Hugs sis!
Pmdd sounds horrific! You done so well to feel better by the evening. Your bf is amazing can tell he is extremely supportive ❤ you guys deserve the best ❤ Glad u spoke about mariahs place, I noticed the 2 rooms but didn't feel it was my business to ask. Glad someone did tho 😂👍
Thanks for this honest video. This video is so relatable ❤ Hope you’re feeling better now. I stock up on chocolate and take magnesium for cramps. Ooh have you heard about cycle seeding?
Hi Kasey. I hope you feel better. I hope you don’t take offense to what I’m going to tell you but I feel you need to know. I think all these feelings have a lot to do with your breast implants. It maybe be the culprit to bad periods .They cause a lot of health issues including depression and hormone imbalances, brain fog, and panic attacks. I had horrible pain in my arm out of the blue. I’m your same age and didn’t know why at such a young age I was having problems. I kept researching about breast implants and decided to remove it for my health. No longer do I have lethargic movements nor arm pain. It’s something to consider! Research breast implant illness.
PMDD is so debilitating and I feel so alone while I’m going through it. I’m managing right now. The older I get the more it sucks and I feel like no one takes it seriously when I talk about it 😩🫂 Thank you for sharing because I really needed this today.
I went though the same experience this month and I was so scared because I did not know why I was feeling like that so thank you for sharing at least I know what it could be . I m not crazy ❤
I started my period the day after thanksgiving & it was bad for me emotionally this time!! Usually pmdd hits me earlier in the month. Now I’m all done with my period but my mood is worst after my period ends, so I’m struggling hard now but I know this too shall pass ❤😇 I feel you girl! Bc this cycle was weird…
Ugh I hate this feeling the brain fog and the anxiety isn’t it bc we are estrogen dominant at the time I hate it… and yes landman we are seeing that too! ❤ love that song at the end ain’t no Christmas cracker 😂
I could see the pain in your eyes going to get coffee. Kasey, thank you for being real for us. I also struggle with my period. How did you get diagnosed with PMDD? I'm pretty sure u have it. I literally feel completely fucked up sometimes just like you!!
I use to have horrible periods but it was due to an iud once it was out it went back to normal although it took a few years. I did research on implants because I was thinking about this procedure and I saw some say that it made their pmdd worse. Idk if it’s true but I read some comments and they had some good suggestions. I can’t believe with all the technology we have that doctors don’t have better solutions or advice for periods and menopause.
Thank you for sharing this ! ❤Lately I’ve been noticing that my pms was very hard on me . Mentally it sucked . Also I’ve noticed my boobs hurt. I checked my hormones and my prolactin was really high . Did you check yours ? maybe it is connected to pms
Do you think you might be dealing with breast implant illness? Like, it could be the reason this is so intense & a lot of your energy and pains could be multiplied because of it.. just a thought.!
Going through the same. So much pain. I'M DYING AT WORK. Wishing I was home. My coworker has nerve to tell me they should be getting less painful not more. And I'm like stfu 🤬😭💔💔💔💔 day 2 for me. 😩😫😩
Boobs just started killing me today and caught myself cleaning and over playing every negative thought I’ve ever had over and over. I know what’s coming . I got diagnosed when I had my last child 10 years ago. I have tried every medicine there is and birth control. The only thing that even takes the edge off is the flower. But then there’s the munchies and and binging. 😒 I just want to be able to keep a job.
If you can afford to see a functional dr that can help with this. Women shouldn't have to suffer like this in 2024 there is help but sadly its not cheap. I didn't start having horrible symptoms until I started having severe hormone disruption. I'm still trying to fix my hormones but , the insomnia and migraines have gotten better.
When I get my period I feel like someone hit me so hard. I want to cry and just lay down . Girl I feel the same. I’m 45yr old I feel like someone hit me
Idk how flexible your job is but are you able to call off on the days you feel like this? I have those days too and I allow myself to stay in bed all day, eat junk and just doom scroll.

This doesn't have bad energy, truly. Always love hearing you talk about absolutely anything.
Thank you for opening up to us and being vulnerable. PMDD is very difficult to move through. I’m so sorry you have to go through this 🌹
Kinda saddens me in the society that we have to question a MOM if a BF/GF have separate rooms… none of our business for one and what’s wrong if they did sleep separately? More power to a couple who wants to wait. They are so young it’s none of anybody’s business anywho

I too go through this, it’s literally debilitating. Then having to face the world… sucks. I’m sorry Kasey. Tomorrow will be better❤
This. Having to face the world. It’s so hard😢
❤❤❤

P.(m).S. : My period is a few days away too 😮
My PMS is really bad, my hormones usually kick my butt in an epic way.

Tylenol and Advil taken together and you’ll feel no pain.

Ok but have you watched three women on starz 👀 I’m hooked
Babe take Magnesium Glycinate - we are deficient in magnesium not only in general but on our periods it helps with cramping and xyz
Going through the same. So much pain. I'M DYING AT WORK. Wishing I was home. My coworker has nerve to tell me they should be getting less painful not more. And I'm like stfu 🤬😭💔💔💔💔 day 2 for me. 😩😫😩
Have you tried acupuncture? Chinese herbs ?
My period last month was one the worst PMDD I’ve ever experienced in my life! I’m going through pre-menopause. It was awful 😢
Do you think Mariah turning 20 contributed to the emotions? I always get really emotional on my daughters bday 💗
