I don’t usually like to leave comments on RUclips but I just recently transferred over from FL Studio to the latest Pro Tools and I really needa give WAVY. 86 thumbs up. I’ve been to other engineer channels like Key P, Devvon, and even Sean Divine, and maybe their tutorials on Busses, Aux, and Sends might be helpful but the only pronounce was they did not go through it step-by-step. I watched these other engineers pull up a half-finish session with every done and I’m lost like “wth was I supposed to start?!” WAVY. literally started a whole session from showed us from scratch. This man has results. I will be copping a WAVY. Template soon just to get more positive results and support this channel👍🏾
By far one of the best dudes that give tutorials and teach. So easy to understand and learn from dude. Much Love bro, never stop the great work you do.
Thank You Wavy, You know I went through so many pages to find out how to buss out your reverb, but you did this video, not just assuming that I was already at a level to know or guess about the rest, you taught me all the way through, not just assuming it's like if I had to show my son how to change a tire and I just assumed that he knew that he needed I lugg ranch so i went on and took the bolts off before he got there' get it, thanks, man.
Quickly becoming my favorite channel on the tube. Recently moved back home and using pro tools more than ever for new clients. You are the greatest resource.
Wayne, I want to applaud you for the clear, personal touch you have in showing how to get the most out of using Pro Tools, just love your channel man! Two thumps UP!
I can't explain how much I appreciate your youtube channel out of every channel on youtube yours is the most appreciated one with good ass information easy to understand and definitely make it interesting and not boring 🙏
You have a new subscriber most people charge for this knowledge so you blessed yourself without knowing helping others like this bro appreciate you much love spifflord 🙏🏽
These videos are GREAT and so helpful to beginners such as myself. Could you make a video as u suggested in this one, going over reverb and it’s parameters specifically?!
Only trouble is - now I gotta go back through my fave sessions and do all this! But no wurries - they sounding better already! Thank you again man! (from all the way downunder in New Zealand!)
Hey wavy, why cant i hear the effects when i set up the buses? I set them up just like in this video, but as soon as i put the volume up on the reverb bus, no reverb comes through, would appreciate the help🙏🙏
Really helpful stuff! It's really nice that it's so short and concise I feel like I actually get all the info and it's not intimidating to get into more videos.
Man u lit King! Thank you. Boys was trying to bust my head on the mixing. 300 a track. You saved me hella gwuap. I can drop when I want to now. #RESPECT
Clarifying question I’ve always routed my buses on the I:O section. Your way of doing things seems to leave an intact version of the track playing simultaneously with the bus. Am I correct?
Question, if you have other tracks routing to that verb aux...however you set up you verb up, all the other tracks assigned will use that same verb. However I might not want that much verb on 2 or 3 tracks, the other 4 yes. How do you fix that issue? Using pro tools first, and have begun expanding out of it. As things I want to do, the 1st version does not have, clip gain for instance or the hundreds of other plugins. Its like trying to build a time machine in the bible days...eh mang, preciate the knowledge...
Thanks for such a precise tutorial.. I watched so many videos but was still not clear on getting reverb on voice. Was confused about inserts, buss, sends.. Urs is so simply shown.. M Subscribing.. Thanks for sharing this..
interesting, and I definitely want to apply these techniques. I've been processing each track by rendering the effect to the track and I think that's leaving me with massive amounts of audio files. thanks.
Im pulling my reverb volume all the way up and it’s still quiet. anyone know why? i’ve seen people use a gain on the inserts after reverb. but there’s gotta be a better way. the reverb is wet set to 100 and volume is boosted. tried chamber and hall reverbs. i only hear light reverb, it’s too quiet.
Hey Wavy, your videos solid fr thanks! im kinda new to pro tools and I was wondering - I was not able to get the option to apply the bus as the input on the reverb track. It was dimmed out to indicate that I couldn't select it. Do you know why this might be?
bro im not gone lie, your lessons works,.... i feel back at school again. great teachings and, right on.most folks would charge this type of lesson
Thanks fam!

Great content keep pushing bro 😎
Absolutely stellar tutorial man! (Subbed)
you are a great bro your videos helps me so much as i learn it
What's the difference between setting the send to bus and the output to bus on a track ?
Only question is why you set it up as a bus instead of just a send?
Sir please make a vedio on how to mix electro acoustic guitar via connecting sound like a natural acoustic guitar !
interesting, and I definitely want to apply these techniques. I've been processing each track by rendering the effect to the track and I think that's leaving me with massive amounts of audio files. thanks.
I just learned something new. Haha thanks bro. Good stuff 💪

Sir why didn't you solo safe your Aux track..??🤔
