@evacody1249 I've just ordered the base model, should fit my needs nicely, as I use my PC for the heavy lifting. Upgrading from the A8, which takes an age to boot, but once booted was useable. Looking forward to the A9+ :)
I am normally an iPad user but wanted to try something different. It compares favorably to my iPad Air. Great display and fast. I like it! A great value!
Mine A9+ got Displays issues just after updating to Android 14 (One UI 6.0) ... Though Samsung replaced it in just 2 Hrs ... But I'm really happy with this Device after One UI 6 it's much smoother now ...
is no RUclipsr having the multitouch issues like a lot of people are having as reported in the reddit community and samsung members app ? a simple google search reveals inherent issues which this device has and rrenders it useless for gaming and evens gets stuck sometimes on basic tasks like pinch to zoom in gallery, docs etc. Mine has been replaced twice but considering returning it since samsung service has recognised this issue but the samsung people have yet to address it.
Hmmmm, you're right - definitely looks to be an issue Two thumb multi touch looks to drop out after a few seconds, but weirdly thumb and finger pinching seems better. Also seems to not be nearly as bad when connected to a charger My scrolling use doesn't really run into it at all, but for anyone playing particular games this would be pretty impactful
@@FilthyCasualTech the three fingers and beyond work great but somehow it's just a problem with the two fingers touching. The issue also resolves itself Bec when you plug in the 3.5mm headphones jack. Playing games on it like pubg mobile and COD mobile is impossible without plugging in. I've uploaded a video on my channel regarding this but seems like Samsung is trying hard to cover it up. I asked for a refund finally after replacing it twice and Samsung sales team tried to convince me to try another replacement by extending one more year to the warranty but I politely declined.
This one or the fire max 11? the fire max 11 has an lcd screen so im really not aure. Also with the fire max 11 you can store apps on an SD card and i dont think u can here.
I went from the Tab A8 to the Tab A9plus with 8gigs or ram and 128gigs for storage. Man it's so much better.
Yeah, I got the 8gb version as well and it's so responsive and snappy.

I'm. Broke so i got the 4gb version
Don't worry I don't regret it🥲
@@Justadude69 Same here, it'sa great tablet.
I had the 4 gig one and just got the 8 gig one and it's so much faster and smoother than the 4 gig. The 4 gig just seems like a paperweight now.
I've got Android 14..., in general very happy for my usage: newspaper reading, webbrowsing, emails, simple games...
You have 4 64?..is it lagging or hanging in multitasking?
@@BD_Unboxer_567 There's a principle for me: no multitasking, because our brains are incapable of processing multiple tasks without getting sloppy

Had a tabS, then tabs6lite, now trying the tab a9+,happy so far😊
Nice review. Wish a dexnor style keyboard was offered for it.
A very good video. Short and to the point.
Thanks, I really appreciate the feedback! :)

I want to buy one but hearing about the multi touch issue makes me scared. I hope Samsung will address whether it's software or hardware issue.

Anyone got updated to one ui 6 and did it fixed it?
I'm on my second one in a week, both just randomly turn off by itself.. #Samsung needs to fix this issue!
Will the Samsung A9+ get Android 14?
It should, they're pretty slow in some regions though
It's also going to get the next Android 15, and the one ui update, great news!

Depends if you want official Google apps I suppose - Amazon don't sell them in Aus, so yet to give them much of a look unfortunately
What version are you running, can this go to android 14, one ui 6?
Yep, mine has gotten OneUI 6 Android 14 now
Never came across a tech review that uses Hazbin Hotel as a visual example 😅
Hah, not sure if good or not 😬
It's just so very catchy 🎶
@FilthyCasualTech It's good I swear 😂 I watch a lot of tech review videos so it felt refreshing to not see nature videos 🤣
Ahhh, I meant good or not to use it, since it's style is a bit different
I do love the series though, and Helluva Boss too
can you hide the taskbar / dock at the bottom?
Yes indeed, can be swiped down with gestures
Otherwise, can be customised with goodlock
Can you use an external monitor
Not to my knowledge, no
@@FilthyCasualTech there is dex mode in a9+
Yes, it has dex - only on its own screen though
You should be able to cast it
