Dr Ratio is the reason pulling any single target dps character is wasted pulls. Those tickets are better spent on a harmony character. Ratio+harmony character>limited banner single target dps pull.
@@TripleLLe even without mei,it's deal only 120k dame. My stats not good than him but it's seem to be perfect,199% critical dame and 95% crit rates go out with sparkle is 300% and 105%.
