for the newbies, you need to finish level 12 of vigilante and fire fighter, level 10 of pizza boy and 45 scores for shooting range challenge. These will unlock 150 armor, 150 health, fire immunity and fast reload
If you're stuck on any of these because there wasn't enough enemies just wait a minute before starting Or Start it then let them all spawn and let the timer run out. Then start it again

There's actually a trick: Hit 1 member so all of them will come for you, Hide behind a small barrier so you can Crouch and Get Up only to hit them and Crouch again. That's it!
If you struggle with this side activity because mobs of gang members aren't spawning use the look backwards button for 1-2 seconds and after this there will usually be a few new gang members in front of you.
51:20 can be reached via the surfer advertising hoarding Unique Jump, if you don't have a helicopter. NB: Make sure you check your Rampage stat to see you've completed the number you're up to. I finished 35 but my stats said 34 - had to use a helicopter to check which one I'd missed...it was the 33rd! 😭
All Rampages done . Thanks for helping about the location. For me 43:50 was the hardest if you don't know the trick of smashing people/gangs with car like @salmankhan
Every which one is relatively easy to pull off, sans the ones that require you to use a Katana or a Tec-9. Using a katana on the gang members only to have them knocked down instead of killing them puts you in a tonnes of danger. Same goes for the puny damage that Tec-9 deals.
Rampages are challenges that require the players to kill a specific number of enemies or destroy vehicles within 2 minutes. There are 35 rampages in total and it is advised to start these challenges after finishing the Firefighter, Vigilante and Pizzaboy sidemissions and the Shooting Range challenge. Also, all rampages are required for 100% completion of the game.

On Android i am facing a bug that is that i have did all the rampages but in stats it is showing that i have did 34 out of 35 rampages now i am stuck at 99% because i have done all rampages now i cannot find them.

Chainsaw is one of the easier man.. On pc I press both aim and fire buttons (left and right mouse in my case) and Tommy uses the chainsaw like a battering ram..u only need to move around and people die xD
i did the fire truck side mission and it was fun spamming your unlimited molotovs in gang members while directly going through it but you're not taking damage

The PC version makes it look 10x easier than the console versions. Movement speeds and the reticle/aiming sights are totally different on the ps4.

Guys. If gang members don't spawn fast for you in DE version. Try reloading your saved game before each Rampage. It worked for me

I always used a motorcycle or a scooter during the vehicle rampages. It made it a little easier for me.
I hate the chainsaw and katana rampages besides those being my favorite weapons in the game

When you complete the Firefighter side mission, you become immune to fire damage. That's why it was easier to not get any damage 😅🔥
