- With a 50% reduction in connector volume over the Mini-USB connector, the Micro-USB connector features the smallest footprint of all USB interconnects and offers significant reduction in PCB real estate for a host of portable devices. These include mobile phones, MP3 players, digital video and still cameras, PDAs, Global Positioning Systems, photo printers, mouse, keyboards, and flash drives

fun to live in the future with usb c
highly recommend
This is on my old capture card.
I didn't know that there are 2 types in this family. These were the best despite stiff fingered with the springy things in the phone. Thin is all that maters in phones and the thin rim of metal is all that holds it together, a thinner hole gives more strength but only when it's so thin it's pathetic.
my mp3 bag has this port
Yes knowledge
I have a camera that uses this an idk what it's used for I'm confused it's a Kodak easyshare c140
Like it shows in the video - your camera can be either a slave (talking to a PC), or a master (talking to a printer or drive), depending on the cable.
I have a Kodak Easyshare Z730 and I'm pretty sure it's for connecting the camera to a computer. Mini USB was used on a lot of devices (such as cameras) in the 2000s.
