They could lose in semis right now and they'll still come home as heroes who shut down the Eastern giants, but it looks like they're going to go all the way. The skill gap of the teams has been blown away and the meta is way more flexible than it has ever been, giving the opportunity for every team to play their style. Great games overall and as with the KT vs IG series I literally couldn't breath on some plays. Thanks Riot for giving us the best worlds so far too (even though top lane seems a bit too Aatrox vs Urgot) ! I can't wait for the other quarter finals and see if another upset happens !
It has been a busy and tough year for rng, rng has played with so many top teams (need to refine what top means btw) in tournaments especially international ones and in this s8. I can see the fatigue and so take a rest

One of the greatest series in League Of Legends history ends with one of the best game EVER. A few are ahead. SKT Vs SSG 2016 Finals Game 3 comes to mind for me first. But yes I think this was that good. Of course I am european but still. You can't deny that this is an incredible feat from G2. Europe's third seed takes down China's first seed, an incredible story. And I'm not a G2 fan really. But at a time like that it was like if my favorite football team won the Champions League. It was that good. The tension of the last game, the gold lead for G2 getting shrecked by RNG's teamfighting, only to get down by Perkz's LeBlanc. Good stuff.

One of the greatest series in League Of Legends history ends with one of the best game EVER. A few are ahead. SKT Vs SSG 2016 Finals Game 3 comes to mind for me first. But yes I think this was that good. Of course I am european but still. You can't deny that this is an incredible feat from G2. Europe's third seed takes down China's first seed, an incredible story. And I'm not a G2 fan really. But at a time like that it was like if my favorite football team won the Champions League. It was that good. The tension of the last game, the gold lead for G2 getting shrecked by RNG's teamfighting, only to get down by Perkz's LeBlanc. Good stuff.
