it's horrible to feel bad without knowing why, last month I felt sick for weeks and it turned out to be anemia so no big deal but I got kinda scared because I used to take antidepressants a couple years ago when I was at my lowest and it felt similar, I didn't want to go back to them (not because there is something wrong with meds but because I felt so good when I stopped taking them and still managed to feel good, healthy and happy without the extra help). I hope your appointment helps you and gives you answers!! I'd recommend writing everything you felt up till that day so you don't forget anything important (even what you eat)
