Your eyes take a while (20-30min) to adapt to dark, and using a white light will reset them, red won't. Very useful if there's moonlight and you just need to take a look at something or want to better illuminate your trail.
One can tell that your voice is sometimes a little off. Not that smooth deep slow voice - but a more faster and higher pitch. New mic or forgot the filter?
