@DemocracySpreader hes talking about the card levels. For fun, I tried it out. You simply get stuck at 5k-6k trophies because all your cards are 9-11, and enemy cards are all 12-14 and they probably have evolutions/legendary cards.

Why re-badge 'path of legends' and re-boot 'trophy road' when there are so many other areas of Clash Royale that need fixing?

GREAT NEWS EVERYONE! Stats showed that our players like to upgrade their cards to the max level! It is because of this that we decided to reset all cards to level 1 for everybody! That way you can keep upgrading cards!

It's to spread out the skill level more.
It means all the top level players scoot up a level, so the lower level players can scoot up a level too, this probably won't even change the situation all that much tbh.
they reduced the concentration of overleved players by extending ladder

@ApexAvocado in 1-2 years maxing a deck should be easy but the problem is getting it upgraded to level 15. Have level 14 and 15's in your deck should be enough to reach the high ranks.

I don't care much about season shop, I've maxed out all cards I needed long time ago. But, bro, why none speaks about CHESTS, it's not about profit or balance, it's just an epoch. You can't just get away with deleting one of the most memorable and recognisable parts form the game, which was there since the beginning.

@SomeR2ndom i played clash mini during its different eras and gotta be honest it was pretty rock-paper-scissors, a nightmare of a game to balance. I found it fun and saw the potential but i would much rather see it included as a side-gamemode rather than a game of its own. That being said, i dont believe CR team is gonna handle this gamemode well.
