It’s easy for us young people to watch this and point fingers at which friends to cut off. I’m watching this thinking of ways I need to improve.

I made a trip up to transformation church today. My first time being there. And let me say this. It was well worth it. It’s even better in person. As soon as you pull into the parking lot you can feel a change in the air. You gotta see it to believe it. Incredible atmosphere. You will not be let down. Today was my first time to witness pastor mike live in action delivering the word and I promise you it won’t be my last. Thank you Jesus I only live 35min away !

I had recently came across TC a few weeks ago and it's has been an awesome journey. I love the fact that the online comments are positive and all about connecting with different people worldwide. I would like to attend TC soon.
My friend and I decided to become prayer partners today and accountability partners. We are going to pray on the phone everyday and meet up once a week. I'm just nervous about being vulnerable with someone. We have been friends for a long time. But I have kept alot of my issues hidden. But I know by doing this is will help both of us grow closer to God and complete our circle of purpose.
Lovematters as a guy I get nervous when it comes to getting close to people, I worry about what to talk to them about, worrying about sharing personal issues with them, thats why I’m stand offish.
May the Lord provide this for me this year

...i relate..i was very stand offish and not very trusting towards anyone...i was even hateful, bitter, selfish, etc..i was a lot of things....i met Jesus Christ in a prison cell in 2014..He flipped my life upside down..my relationship with Him taught me how to relate to family, blood bought children of God, coworkers, non believers, & even people that doesn't believe at all....what im tryna say is that...it was my relationship with Jesus that did it...my very first open, no barrier relationship..the only one i learned to share my weaknesses , my anger my struggles, & temptations..i talk 2 Him about everything....i wasn't like that b4...didn't open up to no one..not even my kids....but when i met Jesus...something happened.......i hated Him all my life...but in prison, He came down & met me in a cell wallowing in my filth..lol...He kept on and on...He didn't give up on me...His love is what change me....after i came to understand His love for me esp at my lowest...it made me a different person....the more i seek Him, the more i come to know the me that He created....the more i come to know Him, the more i come to love me which enables me to love people around me...now everyone around me says that im a people person because i can come in a room where no ones talking or there's tension...and i break the tension...why im saying this is because it's all JESUS who changed me...im confident in Him...i know who i am and who i belong to because of Him....my time with Him...is the 🔑 to the change..lol..He didn't give up on me even when i gave up on myself and told Him to leave me alone...closer to Him than any human alive...but its my relationship with Him that enables all that i do, say, & think....

This sermons are like food to me, I cant enjoy my day without listening to them. I listen to them everytime I am working, moving, cooking. I just feel crazy for the gospel being preached here. This channel has changed my entire life. May God increase you pastor Mike
"i know the purpose of our relationship is bigger than what I feel right now" I pray I can reach this level of vulnerability
And as I was listening to this message, I made the incredibly tough decision to cut off a relationship for the time being to focus on God. Focus on self. Focus on getting through a stage in my life that took me years to overcome so that I can walk into a better relationship with God's blessing and not just conviction every now and then. I'm pretty sure the relationship I ended is the one meant for me but the way my prayers have been set up for at least 4 years, I asked God to send my 'true' husband to me after he found and sought after God like never before. And it is coming to pass but the way my flesh is set up, I'm standing in the way of allowing this man to do and be what I prayed over him years before I knew he was coming back into my life. So after a year and some change of holding on and falling deeply in love before we should have, it's best to step back and let God lead us seperately before possibly bringing us together! And it is so hard! But I'm so sure it'll be worth it.
Pastor Mike is preaching that honest, true, and cutting Word! He expertly preaches to any generation but we as Millennials especially connect to what he's saying. I'm trying to make a trip to his church ASAP!

I'm naturally not much of a social person. When I started my internship at this nice place people kept telling me you need to network and make connections so that you get a job. And I guess I kinda tried but it's really not in me. All I had was God. And long story short I got the job WITHOUT networking and WITHOUT knowing the right people.
Same story ,anything I have ever had in my life involves God orchestrating the whole thing from start to finish. He uses strangers to help me as if we're family. At the end of the day all glory goes to Him because nobody can take the credit of how I got there.

I am a college student and this is exactly what I needed to hear. It's easy to either hang out with the wrong people because you're out here on your own, or it's easy to abort so many relationships because you're upset; and our generation encourages cutting people off, but as a believer I recognize I cannot be that way.
I am so in love with Transformation Church. I look for the sermon from Pastor Todd EVERY Monday. His teaching is so powerful and help. It’s a pity that I am in NYC and can’t visit Tulsa. May God continue to bless Pastor Michael and Transformation Church. Keep posting the sermons and I will keep listening to them. God Bless!

My literal best friend of 10 years is VERY of the world...I just got back in my walk with Christ 5 months ago and couldn't be happier. I love my friend and we have great times together, I often find myself having to check myself from being easily influenced by some of things she says and does (gossiping, cussing, speaking about sexual immorality, partying, etc). She's very conformed to worldly ideals and standards, I realized I used to think and do a lot of these things before I got saved too, but now I'm starting to feel convicted when I'm in these situations. Idk how I could go about helping her out because I'm not sure how much she cares about building her relationship with God (she does believe).

Oh my God. I have literally been praying for weeks and basically a month for some clarity in this rollercoaster I have been going through. Heck I didn’t even know what I was going through was part of this rollercoaster. I’ve been through a break up with my boyfriend of 2 years and no matter how I looked at it, the relationship we had was nothing but Godly. I thought I was nearly crazy and maybe defective because everyone around me told me to forget the boy and that he wasn’t good for me or whatever. But they don’t know our relationship. He’s made me grow 20 years in the 2 years I’ve gotten to know him and every time I came to him doubting myself he continually reminded me and encouraged me to be this person I dream to be. And heck I did the same for him. I always told him he was amazing and he was worth more than anything anyone has ever told him and we have had each other’s backs like no others. I’ve invested my own money into supporting him and his dreams and to help him be number 1. It just broke my heart that we reached a dip and he got off the rollercoaster. It hurt me and I’ve been in limbo wondering what to do and where I’ve gone wrong and how to be better and just searching day in and day out through prayer and the bible for answers. I’ve decided long ago that I forgive him, and I gave him time to think to himself and to reflect. But I also think it was just myself and my pride getting in the way of looking clingy or intrusive so I avoided talking to him first. My pride told me that he should come back to me and talk first if he wants forgiveness. He inflicted the pain and he should be the first to heal it. But I’ve watched so many sermons and just prior to going on a sermon binge for answers I had written a really long journal entry being fully and completely honest to God according to where I was at, what I am going through, what I have to offer, and for LORD GOD AND JESUS CHRIST to help me through it. And after writing that journal entry I watched a sermon called “God Blesses What You Prepare For” And basically just did everything that sermon asked. Now that I did that I think through this, I finally got my answers. My instructions. He hit the nail on the head when he said “you need to jump out of your pride... even if we didn’t do it, we have to be the first to forgive...” and that’s what I want to do. I’m gonna be the offensive of forgiveness.
I know who I am as a person and I’m scared that maybe this first contact after a month won’t work, but I believe in God and his abilities.

So I trust you are healed and God has pulled you through this difficult time whether you got back together, are happier single, or ...someone better is in your future. I go to CRC in Norfolk and we just started our small groups back up. I go to one with mostly young adults like myself. Finding good godly community starts with finding a church home and then you get connected, but I encourage you to come one Sunday and come to a small group at least once. I hope this helps! I loved this sermon; I recognize that I struggle in this area because I tend to push people away and honestly I don't know how not to. At times I do not know if it is me or me not fitting right into the environment. I realized that having that Godly community is important, but I can't seem to not want to be alone or distance myself from people which leads to me having negative thoughts.
I just pray that one day I can have a new mindset when it comes to relationships.
I dont have the answer to that, but you arent alone sis. Sometimes I distance myself when I dont like something a friend has said or has done that I may have found offensive, or when they hang around people Im not comfortable with. Its a beautiful thing when you eventually find a group that, even after you distance yourself, they find someway to lovingly draw you back towards them... and they understand that its just your tendency (perhaps after you’ve told them that it is your tendency). Thats just the grace that comes with posessing the Holy Spirit. I guess I need to find a balance between alone time and community time. Anyway, Ill pray for you :)

I'm so grateful of Pastor Todd's obedience in delivering this powerful, transformative word on fellowship. Right now my church is in a vulnerable place. Our pastor left to preach at another church, we have an interim pastor and are about to receive a new pastor. I believe a church needs to be a strong body but I have been lacking the tools to move forward. This preached word has also empowered me as a wife, entrepreneur, mother and friend. Thank you soooooo much!
