The problem with selling PC games these days is that most PCs don’t have CD-ROMs anymore or the old games have specific system requirements to play them which mean you have to run them in a virtual machine to get them to play on modern PCs.
"....and that's the only 'reasons'!" Arkansas Picker says very sternly while staring into the camera very intently...........HAHAHA. Ablsolute killed that line and had me rolling! Loved it man, hope you sell those games!
Great episode man! Perfect timing i just picked up PC games as well. Got about zero views on ebay and selling for about half the cost. Lol. Unfortunately most new PC don't even have CD slots😅 but where are those PC Game collectors at!!??
Man that crazy!. The artwork is so great on the boxes too, im sure the game play is amazing as well. Someone needs to get a cloud service up and running to upload these games to and charge stroage fees. Maybe it would bring back that market..
Most physical collectors are gonna be console gamers while PC gamers most likely buy games digitally. The market is there but its gotta be more uncommon/ rare games. We all live and learn.
As someone that just did insurance, registration, license and new tyres within a week and bit.... i feel ya man. Cars aint cheap to run. Good luck with the sale! Help Picker out!
Shipping costs are a lot higher than I thought, when you go to sell stuff how much do you typically spend on shipping for a visit easily over 100 right?
@ haha sorry I’m new to selling you inspired me though! By visit I meant while you’re at the post office to send your items out. I ask because I have tons to sell but sending two small shirts less than a pound to one person was over 20, and I imagine you sell a lot at once
Oh yea that's so high! I have a monthly subscription to Stamps.com. Shipping through them has been super affordable I've used it for a few years now. And of course ebay has their own shipping. Thank you so much for watching!
Thank you so much! I think I'll let them set in my booth a little longer. But then I'll bring them home and probably post them as a big ole lot on ebay.
Ive done amazing with early apple/floppy based comp games. Id only touch disc based ones if they were sealed like ive seen harry potters sorcerer stone and other common note-able titles go for some good money in sealed condition.
i got several older computers just to run older CD rom / DVD based games. I don't regret buying any of em. I got a win98 machine, win2000, XP, and 7 gaming rigs for running old stuff like this. someone will buy it off ya
So we all do the SpongeBob burger recipe reveal sound from time to time when showcasing something? lol good luck on the pc games I’m sure it’ll work out might just take time
PC games, They are dangerous. I've taken a few gambles on some. but they do not yield good results. but they look cool sometimes, and a small amount of people collect them.
It was one of those situations to where they already had it in the air and I HAD to have my vehicle the next day or I would have lost more money. It sucks 😭
PC games are a very hit and missed item. The sports cards could of been junk, or they could of been where all your money was at. It's hard to say with out seeing them. You should of just sold them to a trading card seller and at less got some of your money back. Even if it was just $20. I would of bought them for $20 depending on how much you had just to go throw them and see what there was in value.

I think of two reasons why you like that cover art brother 🤣🤣🤣🙌🏽

There's a Facebook page just for selling PC Big box games. And I didn't even have hits on that 😂

I’ve had decent luck on moving what PC games I’ve picked up, hopefully you make some monies!
Ill try 😂
I like the listing of old retro games you sell. They bring back memories.
Thank you!

What do you mean shipping on a visit?

@@ArkansasPicker thanks so much for the recommendation! You rule!
You should do the mixed together hand signals in every one of your videos.
It conveys the message.
Ive had decent luck on ebay with pc games...mostly old Sims games lol. They can def be a hard sell though. Love the video as always brotha!
Thank you so much! I think I'll let them set in my booth a little longer. But then I'll bring them home and probably post them as a big ole lot on ebay.
@ArkansasPicker best of luck! I think you will end up making out decently!
New Video this early Haha Heck yeaa Buddy 🙏🤙😎🤜🤛i just hit that notification bell 🔔
Thank you sir!!
I love the look of PC games especially big box! Sadly the market isn't as strong for a lot of reasons listed by others.
Unfortunately 😭
I'm very picky on what PC games I pickup to re-sale , most dont have value, but there are some hidden gems and they sale really well for me on Ebay.
I need to get to listing!
Teresa gonna sue you for that roll of stickers
SHE BETTER NOT
We laughed, we cried, we LIVED.
I cried mostly.
I do not miss product keys. I spent over a year with a useless copy of Skyrim on PC until I got it on ps3

I might have them for a while but I think they'll move when the right person finds them.
Ill lkeep pickin bro. NO WORRIES! I like finding BIG BOX PC acttually
You can have mine 😂
Man Picker I feel this pain...a few years back I bought a lot that was heavy in PC games... it was a mistake...
I'm about to just take the whole lot to my local game store 😂
@ArkansasPicker 🤣
I would have been ecstatic to be able to buy all those at once from someone like that
Nows your chance 😂
We sell them occasionally on eBay. Those games look decent to ✌️😎
I've sold tons of older PC games. Both CD and floppy disk pc games and the floppy disk PC games normally are worth considerably more than the CD ones.
I might end up just ebaying all of them
I think if you do an ebay auction and not buy it now for your better games, you'll make more.
True!
So we all do the SpongeBob burger recipe reveal sound from time to time when showcasing something? lol good luck on the pc games I’m sure it’ll work out might just take time
Bro SpongeBob is so ingrained in my DNA 😂
Ladies and Gentlemen, we found the sucker 🤣Wouldn't have it any other way, Picker.
It happens 😭
Should really reach out to metal Jesus he is a huge big box PC collector
That's a good idea 🤔
PC games, They are dangerous. I've taken a few gambles on some. but they do not yield good results. but they look cool sometimes, and a small amount of people collect them.
People need old windows to play alot of the old windows games
Oooooh okay.
I would have offered like $40. Too much work. So many things can be missing. Codes could be used. Headaches galore
Now I know 😂
@@ArkansasPicker we all pay for our education as resellers
Sealed stuff that was popular is easier to sell. Diablo 2, Warcraft, etc. I felt your pain
War Never Chandeliers
That was my second ever tattoo!
Hell yeah I'm friend😊
Check with Heavy Metal Jesus. He coĺlects big box PC stuff. There might be something he's looking for in your lot.
Brakes for that USD you got ripped off. I would have lost my shit AUD for that price and i still would have shopped around or do it myself.
It was one of those situations to where they already had it in the air and I HAD to have my vehicle the next day or I would have lost more money. It sucks 😭
I saw Elvira , she still got it
I wouldn't buy pc game to collect cause it is not popular with other gaming console and it has no value.
Idk why but I read the title as why you shouldn't buy a gaming pc lol, dyslexia so early in the morning lol.
I love my gaming PC! Don't use it as much now adays but loved building it
pc games i would stay away from unless pay 10 percent too bulky to keep too
You're not kidding. I bought a shelf just to put them on.

If you want things to go you should price on market, not ebay.
I'm gonna price them for yardsales.
You not knowing those games shows how young you are lol. Most those were games that were popular when I was a little kid.
Yea and we never had a PC growing up so I completely missed out lol.
