outside of the Isha SOS booth, you seemed to have missed all of the Indian aspects of this Festival, such as all of the yoga studio booths, henna tatoo artists, and other organizations with their boots like Sahaja Yoga, Eck Onkar, etc... 😊
next weekend there should be the Greek and Polish festivals. I think there's an Indian Festival coming up near the Westin Hotel maybe next month. the Calgary folk music Festival, Calgary Fringe festival, Calgary reggae Festival, Calgary jazz Festival, Calgary Blues Festival, Carifest, Afrikadey, Fiestaval, Philipinofest, globalfest, Mardi gras, etc.... the hare krishna's also do a festival of chariots/rathyatra usually in August.... Sun and Salsa Festival... they are usually over 30-40 festivals over the summer mostly in downtown.
You are really going to miss downtown😊

IT IS NOT A HUGE CROWD AND NOT COMPLETE FACTS *Local crowd is LESS right in the festivals where you showed a lot of crowd ..all are from different cities and tourists right ?* If then, whats the PERCENTAGE of local crowd there and students in this festival ?? did you try to find out ??
How do you differentiate between local & tourist?
And in which category do you think I am standing?
@@thebanjarayogi Cheers.. to answer your query - In a way as you say you haven't settled yet as in fully 100% and exploring .. you are somewhat between a tourist (work permit) and a Resident Citizen and even after PR.. you are more towards a RESIDENT - STILL you don't make the whole crowd buddy and that's what I said the crowd is NOT LOCAL to qualify YOU "Saying SEE HOW MANY people are in Calgary" well compare to other MAJOR cities this won't be a CROWD really .. It was small! That will be MISLEADING from your end to THE VIEWERS SAYING that the crowd is huge in Calgary and the events are big etc .. it was good but not the best of best .. so hope you dont mislead the point 👉☝️ of reference for viewers who are decided between cities .. SAME FOR THE BIGGEST event that's going to come next .. THAT also will be 70% Crowd From Other cities of Canada for 1 day .. !! Hope this clarifies to you .. and Hope you dint mind ! Just wanted to clarify what's the REAL SITUATION AND REAL FACTS and fiction and #REAL #EXPECTATIONS.. I am sure there is negative and positive points both .. and it is growing for sure .. and so will all cities .. for sure 👍 but yeah the events and CROWD are not that HUGE right let's say compared to major major cities no matter what even if we see for next 5 years
@@thebanjarayogi also how do you differentiate just a tourist from actual Calgary shifted residents ?? well that should not be difficult at all .. I am sure to differentiate ! Tourists don't live long term in Calgary and a resident more than 1 YEAR or ATLEAST let's say 2 years should probably qualify as the #LOCAL #CROWD there Buddy !! And the #PURE #LOCALS who have been #throughout their #life there - are another #category altogether which will be even LESSER
@@deboraabh I think you misread the title of this video to "Why move to Calgary" , this is a simple vlog and that point was said in a rather Casual tone and not with the intention "Oh this why you should move to Calgary" , we have made other videos for that purpose where we clearly list all the pros and cons of moving to Calgary, and still to answer your question, by statistics, Calgary is the third most populous city in Canada(I think they don't add tourists while calculating population) source - canadapopulation.org/largest-cities-in-canada-by-population/ , so why debate unnecessarily when this point can be proved by statistics alone .😉
@@thebanjarayogi You throw 2016 census and data and say all these points is it ? Also have you checked ? Such large area and only 12 Lakh population !! You call it Population or advantage etc ? In the rest of the world just a corner of the city perhaps one road to theotber and 3 malls will have that population LOL 😂 .. isn't it .. anyways let's talk about Canada you will say.. Well yeah but you forgot growth is HARDLY 5% per year average AS PER YOUR DATA NUMBERS GIVEN ONLY and that too WHO KNOWS the population might have DECREASED.. or even increased anyways because of immigrants and we are not in 2022.. Look at the AREA .. the city Calgary Alberta is bigger comparatively and yet see there are many factors i can discuss ... and let them Have a census in 2022 and 2023 and see .. even if it is the same number the other videos where why to move to Calgary doesn't cover anything much including that #Potato #Talkies videos you guys did and THEY DID NOT MOVE TO CALGARY and postponed it and left it to next winter season .. also WELL they and some RUclipsrs #endorse not so good or wrong companies and Frauds like what's those REALESTATE companies brokers and #Immigration Companies who are #total #frauds but anyways let's talk about the topic .. what was the reason you mentioned that PEOPLE TALK ABOUT LESS CROWD IN CALGARY .. why do they say that then ? You must have said it for some reason then obviously ! So who are the people who say less crowd in Calgary and why ? And the only biggest festival is for 1 day is it ???? And to add to the fact the houses are much much cheaper than the other cities and it is the 3rd LARGEST and you have the chinooks and sunlight so great .. I am debating about the point as to how can one thing be compared and said for self satisfaction .. anyways I am not arguing .. But my point 👉☝️ is VALID TOO if we go into a deep discussion !
