Its very hard to find out the leaking point on the roof surface. The most possibility fact was the joint between the new extent portion will leak due to different materials. I lived in the same kind of house for over 20 years and was a trade person in hk before coming to NZ. To fix the leak you need to built a scaffolding frame to covered up the height of the house and maybe just 2 hours works if you can spot out the leaking point. ( if you are lucky to find the weak point)

You are using HK standard. More underground stops does not mean, it is a better area. South London, South West London are much area to live. Well served by trains. Better to travel on level land /overland than underground. For commuter, there are at least 6 trains an hour, some fast , some local ( more stops ). more green areas , Trains travelling is often faster & cheaper than underground. If you change home, it is the council"s responsibility to school you child , you are guarantee a school place wherever you live in UK

There are very tough entrance exams with a pass rate of ~10%. Entrance exams are standard in all grammar schools. In actual fact, Henrietta Barnet does not even have a catchment area- it is purely on ability and the performance in the entrance exam. These schools provide a network comparable to very good fee paying schools and schools such as QE boys in Barnet outperform the most prestigious schools in the UK. QE Boys and Henrietta Barnet have a bout 25-30% of their kids going onto Oxford or Cambridge.

間屋望落唔錯，只是小小漏水，望落應該不是好大問題，拿番圖則出來，睇吓水管放在什麼位置，如果洗手間天花沒有漏水，就應該在洗手間内的barthroom sink or toilet bowel 因為廚房望落幾好，D窗好似是double window 冬天會save heat and money 因為有小小問題可以叫屋主降價，小公主望落都好開心，這間屋應該ok祝生活愉快，快些找到合適房子🙂

Also, the house were built in triangular roof than flat roof before, I guess it is better to handle snow in winter season.
Both house tours are very good. Hope you have decided on where to settle. We are looking at Mill Hill East/Finchley, Kingston and Richmond.

做developer會起到漏水？那麼我會傾向相信佢已經FIX左個漏水位。佢係E行應該知道漏水有幾大麻煩，而且一定一定有用開的CONTRACTOR。可否叫佢俾個WARRANTY你然後買左佢啦。我看不清楚個天花是真批灰定係GYP BOARD 加油添 (似係GYP BD)佢要整要成個天花拆哂做哂，所以佢想快O的賣左先都是可接受的解釋。你也可以請人用ULTRASOUND check 下仲有冇漏(應不用開牆)，如果冇，就買得啦。
第2間屋主系developer都唔著重防水，加強構建，嘥料
