Ryzen doesnt really work well on performance mode (i dont know why), you should use directx12 for more fps, and you wont get the same fps he got in the video because they upgraded graphics

so your issue is that u and ur friend have the same computers and ur computer works perfectly fine and runs nicely but ur friend's one dosent, even tho you guys have the same pc, am i right.
I want a pc for sun racing also, considering that ultra graphics for forza runs well it would be good to play on maybe medium settings and have a higher refresh rate monitor.
