someone wanna tell me what the deal with Tewi is??? I thought she was just some annoying trickster rabbit and then TRP over here is saying she beat Yorihime Watatsuki?????
Long story short, her beating Yorihime was in a gag manga, where Yorihime ended up falling into a hole that she made which knocked her out. That said, Tewi has demonstrated some genuinely impressive feats and has garnered praise from Eirin. She can pretty much flash step like Rei'sen can (perhaps even faster), Eirin trusts her to repel Lunarian assasins, and she's even outright schooled Kasen, a Gensokyo Sage, by giving her a lecture. While admittedly my bias speaks in some areas, Tewi is one of the oldest characters and its said that youkai generally get more powerful with age. Add to the fact that she's Eirin's direct pupil (along with the Watatsukis, and Toyohime gained abilities just by Eirin giving lectures) and gets technology from Eientei, and she's genuinely one of the more powerful forces in Gensokyo. She was also friends with a God even the Lunarians feared and had to seal away, who could supposedly make medicine even better than Eirin could. And last but not least, her luck is strong enough that in PoFV she had four-leaved clovers appearing all around her feet, which basically translates to Toyohime levels of luck. Basically every time Tewi is relevant outside of Inaba (the gag manga in which her pitfall knocked out Yorihime), we get some new feat, demonstration of skill, or some praise from Eirin.

@@mythicalmew6054basically Tewi is a hidden badass who hides her knowledge by constantly playing the fool. She must have studied Sun Tzu well
