Hello thanks for d video. But please I used yur measurement as prescribed here to cut a layered skirt for a waist of 21inchesi didn't get d full circle the circle ame out measuring only 16inches at the waist .

Beautiful dress. Please if the back half length(waist length) is shorter by 5 inches(because of the burst), how will i cut/shape the back waist? Yours is only 1inch different from the back and so 1inch was removed. PLEASE HELP ME.
