Sick video man! I was in the middle of disassembling my new Saiga for the first time and was stuck half way. Good thing I found your vid and solved the problem. Thanks!
nice job but you need more lighting (hard to see what you are doing). also, does yours come with the trap door in the butt stock for the cleaning kit? if so, it would have been nice to see how to use all the tools in the kit, and see the process on exactly what and how to clean and what to oil each and every part, etc. other than that, great job - thank you.
@fame672 I am glad I could help! Enjoy your new Saiga, you are going to love it. For a design that is probably older than the both of us, it shoots amazingly well and accurate.
@mushroomcloud1 Welded in place. In my opinion that is the BEST way to have it done. It will never move, and you don't have to worry about the allen head screw ever backing out like on the tap a hole method. Have it welded, You'll have more peace of mind.
@mushroomcloud1 Welded, much more secure than tap and screw as with the crazy vibration the screw always has a chance of backing out which would not be a good thing at all.
I just picked up my saiga this past saturday so I havent gotten a chance to shoot it. I did stock up on ammo so I will probably plan it out this week. Did you do the conversion to your rifle yourself?
Hey bro where is that company website you promise in the video. I just bought this same exact saiga model ak. I just need to know where you sent yours exactly to be modified to accept regular am magazines? Please give their address or website or phone # so I can get in touch with them and send my gun in to be modified!!!
its called a magazine, NOT a clip. Clip is what you use to load a magazine quickly if you want. clip and magazine are two complete DIFFERENT things people!!!
CLIP!!?? u gotta be kidding me son! I'm sorry but I cannot watch a vid when a guy confuses a MAGAZINE for a clip... not trying to be rude but please learn basic gun part/accessories terms before putting up a how to vid for newbies.
Thanks. It means a lot to me that my videos help others by either saving money, or learning a new skill.
