dude how tf you enabled the nvidia gameworks settings?? my pc has almost the same components as yours and i would love to play this game at it's maximum but it wont cause i dont have nvidia i guess??? so how you do it 😭

Try updating your graphics card driver, uninstall the game and reinstall it, I don't know what the other problem could be, I didn't do anything with the game, it just happened to me..
