Love how positive you are. I went thru a divorce and was ugly not by my part, but I got thru it and 27 years later I am with an amazing man that loves me for me and treats me exactly how I deserve. We are both Blessed to have found each other, both being divorced. You will find your soul mate, Stay still and wait. God has a plan for you. Love the way you have decorated your new home. I love this! I remember when you first posted about this new chapter and how hard it was. I wanted to say so many things but knew with time you’d have a different perspective. It was so hard when I went through my divorce with my 2 boys (youngest 6 months) but I wouldn’t trade it at ALL for the life I have now. The phrase “but God” resonates with me differently…🥰
Rebuilding a new life for you and your children is going to be challenging but not impossible. You become a new family But you’ll be wiser and stronger because of it just take it one day at a time But keep decorating because that’s what the children remember that’s their memories. Keep consistent.

I hope you’re doing well. It was upsetting to hear that your marriage was over while still working together to fix your house to your desired plan. Did you sell that house or did your ex keep it? Many years ago I too had my dream of life shattered. I found a different life and then again had to pivot when my husband died. I guess for some of us life is just one pivot after another. I wish the best for you in your new life.
